.ics file import directly in the New Event dialog ;-)
I often have to import .ics files into my calendar. The current path to the function is multi-cklicks away. Why not add a button in the New Event dialog? That would be very handy :-)

Option to unlock app using Master Password instead of only Biometrics/PIN
I would like to request an option to use the Master Password to unlock the Proton app (such as Proton Mail).
Currently, the app lock options are limited to biometrics and a PIN. However, I want the ability to unlock it using my Master Password. Here is why:
Keep Notifications Active: I do not want to log out of the app because logging out stops new email notifications (with message titles). I need to keep the app logged in to receive notifications.
Security vs. Convenience: To prevent unauthorized access, I need the app to be locked. However, since I rarely need to unlock the app, having to use biometrics or a PIN is unnecessary for me—I am completely fine with entering my Master Password for the occasional unlock.
Please add "Master Password" as a selectable option for app unlocking. Thank you!I would like to request an option to use the Master Password to unlock the Proton app (such as Proton Mail).

Missing Ability to Search All Mail for Unread Emails
As I archive emails in bulk, despite trying to mark them all read first, I accumulate stray unread emails in "All Mail". When I search for unread emails, it only searches within the range of ONE page of a huge paginated list.
When I search for Unread emails, I want the RESULT SET to be just the unread emails from ALL MAIL.
The only way to reset those to remove the count is to go page by page by page.
I miss the feature in gmail to search, find, and act on such things.

Maximize the event editor to full screen on desktop (like Google Calendar)
On desktop, "More options" and the pencil icon open the event editor in a fixed, narrow window, about 600 px wide, even on a large monitor. The description box grows to about 5 lines and then scrolls, and there is no way to enlarge the window. Writing an agenda, meeting notes, directions or any longer text means working inside a small box in the middle of an empty screen.
Proposal
1. A maximize / expand button in the editor header that switches it to full screen (or a full-page view) and back.
2. A setting to always open the editor maximized.
3. In the maximized view, use the space: a two-column layout (details on one side, description on the other) and a description field that fills the available height.
4. Nice to have: open an event in its own tab or window. Why it matters
- Google Calendar's "More options" opens a full-page editor, and people coming from Google expect the same.
- The editor already switches to full screen on small screens, so the full-screen layout exists; it just isn't available on desktop.
- Longer, richer descriptions (see the rich-text request) need room to be readable and editable. On desktop, "More options" and the pencil icon open the event editor in a fixed, narrow window, about 600 px wide, even on a large monitor. How to Keep SharePoint Migration Organized When Moving Large Amounts of Data?
Migration of huge amount of SharePoint Site involves careful planning in particular, where you have to migrate selective files and folders. Choosing the appropriate data from the outset can be helpful for such an undertaking.
The Kernel Migrator for SharePoint software enables you to choose selective migration and allows you to filter out your data through date, file, and user filters. This tool has got features for batch migration, scheduled migrations, and incremental migration where the newly created and modified data gets migrated without migrating the unchanged data again and again.
Migrator for SharePoint provides migration reporting feature which helps you to track and review the outcomes. I would advise you to test a few filters for a smaller batch of data first.

How Can I Export Yahoo Mail to PST on a New Computer?
Setting up a new computer often means making sure important email records remain accessible. Creating a separate mailbox backup helps preserve business correspondence, personal messages, and attachments for future use. Before beginning, confirm your Yahoo account access and choose a secure location with enough space to store the exported data.
The Aryson Yahoo Backup Tool offers options for backing up Yahoo mailbox data in supported formats. Users can configure the export settings to suit their backup needs and save a separate copy for later access.
If you need to export Yahoo mail to PST, choose PST as the output format when available, enter the required account details, and start the backup process. Once complete, check the resulting file for important messages and attachments. Keep the original Yahoo account accessible until you verify that the exported data is complete and can be used as expected.

Option to adjust vertical density in Calendar mobile app
In the Google Calendar app, I can see from 8am to 11pm in one screen. In the Proton Calendar app, I can only see from 8am to 5pm without scrolling. Ability to adjust the vertical density, such as by pinching on the times on the left side of the screen, would let me see more of my day at a glance.

Option to adjust text size in Calendar mobile app
In the weekly view in the mobile calendar app, the text in the event blocks is bigger than I would prefer, causing even short event titles to have words split between lines. Ability to reduce text size would make my events easier to read at a glance.
Example: Event titled WCR shows as:
WC
RIf I could make the text a little smaller it could all fit on one line.

timezone for each event
Each event needs to be able to have its own timezone selected. Now that business is global the calendar needs to be able to be useful in more than one (or two) timezones. Currently, there is no function to select the timezone for the event you are entering (they all just appear to be saved under the timezone of the calendar) which is not useful or effective. Have the timezone next to the date/time drop down selected for each event.

Flow example
Ask: Siri, ask lumo to search for cat photos
Action: Siri to open lumo, fill in prompt for cat photos and action the prompt.
Output: lumo shows cat photos1 vote -
Move email to recently used folder
Like in Outlook, it would be great to have an option to quickly select a folder to move an email to. Let's say I just moved an email from my Inbox to a folder named 'Family' and shortly thereafter I come across another email that I would like to move to that same folder. Instead of scrolling all the way to the folder Family (which can take a while if you have a long list of folders), it would be convenient to have a menu with the e.g. 5 folder last used and to click on the relevant one to quickly move the email.

Excluding folders from mail content search
I would like to exclude my folders from mail content indexing and search. I keep my old mails (100k+300k pcs) in specific folders and these make content search totally useless: indexing took several weeks, and searching simply doesn't work.

Add imap accounts from other providers to the desktop and mobile mail app
I would like to be able to add IMAP accounts for other providers to the mobile and desktop mail apps. I have a few email accounts (student, work) that aren't proton mail, and it is annoying to have to use separate mail apps.

iOS 27 Siri AI Integration
Proton Mail/Drive/Calendar should support Siri AI integration with this fall's release of iOS and macOS 27. Having thoroughly researched Apple's new Foundation models and AI architecture, its clear that they are prioritizing use of on-device models for the vast majority of requests and only going to Private Cloud Compute (PCC) if needed (in which data is deleted right away after the request is fulfilled). You can independently verify Apple's PCC claims here https://security.apple.com/documentation/private-cloud-compute/verifiabletransparency.
Having tested these AI features myself, they make my life significantly easier with being able to find the things I need just by asking or typing and I think this will be a must have for me to continue to use Proton as my primary email and cloud storage provider. If possible having the features be opt-in would be completly acceptable in my opinion.

allow particular selected folders to be excluded from "All mail" (so that "All mail" does not show excluded-folders, spam & trash)
Problem: I automatically sort mail into folders, but then I can't see what I've newly received in Inbox because the pre-sorted mail does not appear in Inbox -- so I'm forced to use "All mail" to have an overview of new mail. But that will include massive amounts of clutter I don't need to see. It would be helpful to use "All mail" and then specify specific folders that I want to exclude so that I can get an overview of my new mail without important mail being swamped by unimportant mail.

Maintain Snooze through sub Folders
I love using filters to automatically drop messages into their proper folder. If something lands there, and I want to snooze it, right now I have to move the message to the inbox to snooze it, then once the snooze goes live again and the task is complete, I have to move it again to put it back in its original folder.
I'd love snooze to stay constant regardless of the location of the message. That way the existing orgranization can hold steady, while I wait till it's time for the next step.
Thanks :)
