Allow snooze for any email/conversation, not just those in Inbox
Right now, the snooze function only applies to emails that have arrived in the inbox. It would be very useful to also be able to snooze emails elsewhere if follow-up is needed. For example, if I originated an email to someone and it's in the Sent folder, I may want to follow up a week later if there has not been a response. Snoozing to have this bump back up in my own inbox would be very helpful in that case.

Resizable left pane
Can we please have a sizeable left pane in the mail web and desktop app. It's very frustrating not being able to read long folder names.
This would enhance the experience and make it a lot easier to manage emails. There is already a sizeable pane for the email message itself, so hopefully this could be incorporated quite easily.
I would greatly appreciate this.
Thank you.

Check/to-do list, routine feature and urgency/importance level + emojis (on desktop/web)
I think a checklist and sub-task feature to add the ability to mark off calendar items that are finished and repeat common tasks easier would be beneficial. The current set-up makes it difficult to keep records of what was done and can get overwhelming to look at. The user needs to laboriously go back and change titles or descriptions to know what was successfully completed.
The checklist could be similar to height.app where there are just boxes to check each thing or crossing off the task. Checking something off just needs to be easy and simple with as minimal steps as possible. A check box or double clicking to strike through. If you want to add complication, maybe there could be a cute animation once something is crossed off. Have fun with it!
The "routine" function could be like putting in a note for the task and have the option to cross off each to-do of that routine. Then could be more easily repeated without filling in specific time slots. It could just have the entire block be <routine name> then inside it is broken down into multiple steps that can be marked off. If combined with the first idea, it could have a toggle-able option to cross off the entire routine once every sub-task is completed. For example, maybe working out is the master-task name and the workout routine is the sub-tasks. Then the description of each sub-task could be instructions for good form. Once each exercise is marked done, the master-task is auto-checked. Another use might be each master-task could have each sub-task being the steps to achieve it.
Emojis can step in for urgency, but maybe there could be a way to have a dot of color to represent urgency, maybe tied with amount completed. Having a visual reminder of urgency/importance might look like a color block, or WiFi like waves. It would tie in with the routine idea well by helping organize what is the most important when trying to figure out what to do with a wide variety of tasks that need to be done when there is no specific time to do tasks during the day.
The goal is to be more accessible to ADHD/neurodivergent folks (myself included) while also making task keeping visible, clean, and less overwhelming. Currently it's difficult for the user to know what they have successfully completed compared to what time has just caught up with and the variety of tasks in the calendar can get incredibly messy. The description box, while able to write in the tasks needed, it has no way of checking something off besides deleting it or typing <complete> and then the user has no record unless its external or its otherwise very laborious to do. The lack of detail can make looking at the calendar very overwhelming because its full of smaller tasks without having an ability to easily group things. Having the organization structures, and the ability to write sub-tasks, would keep things clean, organized, and all in one place and makes it easier to know what part to start with. Checking something off also gives dopamine so it feels good to use Proton Calendar, improving customer retention and making the app easier to use. Emojis are just fun and a nice QOL change.

Proton Contacts mobile app
Hellove!
Yesterday I used Google Contacts (and/or the default Huawei contacts) app on my Android phone.
Tomorrow, I will use the secure and lovely Proton Contacts app for Android (and possibly iOS - there are probably iOS users who would want this, too).
From this Proton Contacts app, I will also be able to do my regular calls, browse call logs, see favourite contacts and groups for contacts, and utilize a search function for it all.
Please strongly consider making this tomorrow today, Proton Team <3
Thank you!

Download attachments button above e-mail body in mobile app
In the mobile app, you only can download your attachments with a button below e-mail body. In longer conversations, you need to scroll through many messages before you reach the buttons.
Moving the buttons to be located above the message would eliminate this problem.

Conversation Grouping Improvements
As a user, I would like to see conversation grouping work more similarly to other mainstream mailing services like Outlook or Gmail by updating the functionality of conversations to:
- not include conversations that have been deleted
- only group emails that are replies from the original email (i.e., not grouping emails because they have the same title.)The latter point can be frustrating when receiving emails such as appointment confirmations, newsletters, or sign-in pass codes which often have the same subject line.

Block Sender in bulk and by domain
The "block messages from this sender" option is great. Please add an option beneath to "block messages from this domain" because future messages from the domain still require blocking. This would save lots of time compared to the Filters page in settings.

Change default time for snooze settings
The new snooze feature is great, but it defaults to 09:00. When I check my email in the morning it's earlier than 09:00, so it would be helpful to have a way to change the default settings for this.

HTML signature from proton mail mobile app
From the web version an html signature could be set perfectly, and the signature shows up in emails swnt only from web version. But when sending emails from mobile app version, that html signature doesn't show up in sent emails. I tried copying and pasting the same html signature in the mobile app signature settings, it doesn't reflect the signature properly, kind of all over the place. Best would be, if the mobile app could pick up the html signature set in the desktop web signature settings.

Autofill Location for Events
Some calendars like iOS and Gmail have a location feature that as you type the name of a place, the address (or addresses) appear and allow you to select it. I would like to see this as a feature; I think it would be a great improvement to how selecting a location works now. Now, you have to click the place or link after an event has been added and it will open either Maps, Google Maps, or Waze to ask which place is the correct one you're looking for.

Support third party integrations (Zoom, Calendly)
Would you be able to have Calendly and Zoom be integrated into your calendar? This will help me have Zoom links and email reminders saved in my Proton Mail business mail calendar without having to rely on my Gmail calendar and account for these features which is the whole point of moving away from Gmail and into Proton Mail and save me money from paying Gmail and Proton Mail for the same service. I would absolutely love it to have you be able to integrate Calendly and Zoom into Proton Calendar. This will help me run my business smoothly without having my data being harvested by Gmail. I look forward to your response as I submitted a request to Zoom and Calendly to approach Proton Mail to integrate their features with your calendar.

Account switching - provide themes to differentiate between accounts
I use 3 different Proton Mail accounts for different aspects of my life (eg social, business). This means I'm constantly going to the "switch Account" screen to switch between accounts.
Problem: The problem is, all 3 of my accounts look identical, with the same purple icon, the same initials, and the same name next to them. This makes it frustrating and tricky to switch accounts as I have to read the small email address to identify the one I want.
Solution: Please can you allow each account to have a different icon or icon color, or possibly even a custom account name. That way, when you go to the 'Switch accounts' screen, you will instantly be able to pick the correct account based on the color or icon, or account name next to the icon.
