Edit public holidays
Please consider allowing one to edit public holidays that are imported for a particular country, e.g. delete a regional public holiday that is not relevant to the user because they live in a different part of the country. Currently you cannot delete any public holidays. It will help to reduce calendar clutter. Thank you for considering!

(More) flexible start times on booking pages
When you create a booking page, you also set fixed time slots for the appointment. The user can select one of these and complete a booking. It would be great if there would be an option to leave the starttime selection up to the user of the booking page.
== Example of current situation ==
I make a booking page for an 1h-appointment. I create the following time slots
* 12:00 to 13:00
* 13:00 to 14:00
* 14:00 to 15:00== The problem ==
The users of the booking page can select any of these three options, but they are limited to these start and end times. But, as per these options, I am available from 12:00 until 15:00.== Example of prefered solution ==
I set the appointment for 1 hour, and I indicate I'm availabile from 12:00 until 15:00. The user can freely select the start time.== Alternative, more klunky solution ==
Allow for the overlap of timeslots. That way, we could make timeslots like
* 12:00 to 13:00
* 12:30 to 13:30
* 13:00 to 14:00
* 13:30 to 14:30
* 14:00 to 15:00
This is probably never granular enough, but it would at least alleviate the problemWhen you create a booking page, you also set fixed time slots for the appointment. Get rid of Black Friday banner
I have a subscription, so black Friday deals don't pertain to me at the moment. Shoving in an add banner on a premium already paid for service feels cheap... Get rid of it please!

Calendar widget for android with view options.
The calendar widget for android is horrible. You can only see the first 14 days of the month and that is all you can see.
It needs to have a proper monthly view, a list view that starts on current day and continues for a set number of days.30 votes -

Push notification and read status auto sync across iOS, iPadOS and MacOS
Automatically synchronise email read status and push notifications between devices. If I read an email on my iPad, the badge and push notification for Proton Mail app should be automatically cleared on my other devices (Mac, iPhone and iPad). I shouldn’t have to manually clear the notifications and badges on each individual device. This is similar for the existing requests for “sync Android notifications properly” but I wanted to create a separate request specifically for Apple devices. Thank you.

Flagging email importance
I would like to be able to flag the importance of outgoing emails. Default should be Normal, but it would be nice to be able set the importance/priority to High for some emails, so the recipient knows whether an email has above average importance and could also filter by this flag.
Note that this is different than the Star marking, which can not be applied during email composition and can not be transferred to the recipient.

Add a filter to hide emails that are already in the Trash
Idea:
Give users an option to exclude messages that are already in the Trash folder when they search or filter their mailbox.Why this matters:
I have about 30 000 messages, many of which I have already moved to Trash.
When I use the normal “search” or “filter by sender/recipient” function, the results still include those trashed messages.
Because the Trash folder keeps items for 30 days before permanent deletion, the unwanted messages stay visible and clutter the results.What would help:
A simple checkbox or toggle such as “Hide messages in Trash” (or “Exclude trashed mail”) that can be turned on while searching or filtering.
When the option is active, only messages that are not in the Trash folder are shown, letting me review the remaining, relevant emails more quickly.Benefit:
Faster, cleaner searches for everyone who regularly cleans up their inbox.
Reduces confusion caused by seeing both active and already‑trashed mail in the same result set.
Improves overall usability, especially for users with large mailboxes or limited English proficiency.Idea:

Avoid main email address leak when using Hide-my-email aliases with PGP options enabled
Options under https://account.proton.me/u/6/mail/encryption-keys#pgp-settings are causing main Proton email address leak to a recipient of the email sent from my Hyde-my-email alias.
User should be warned when enabling the option or asc/key attaching disabled when sending from alias.

Swipe to snooze email in mobile apps
Add "Snooze" as an option for the customizable swipe actions (either right or left). I'm glad snooze is finally in the mobile navigation, but it also needs to be added as an option for either swipe direction.

Proton Mail and Calendar Bridge for iOS
My work HIPAA compliant encrypted email through Microsoft exchange works with apple's mail and calendar apps, so I don't necessarily understand why that couldn't be the same for Proton, especially if it just works through a device management profile like how desktop proton bridge works for the apple mail app.
I am not asking this because I think there's something inherently wrong with the Proton mobile apps, I am asking because I would like one app where I can view all of my inboxes together (same for calendar). I personally have my personal proton mail inboxes as well as Microsoft exchange inboxes for work and for school, and a lesser used iCloud email address, and a google account created with my proton mail email so that family who uses Google Calendar can share their google calendars with me without having to make their calendars public. I prefer the apple mail and calendar apps because they allow me to view all of these calendars and inboxes together, regrettably except my proton mail account.

Sieve body extension not supported
I am trying to use a Sieve filter to move emails to a folder based on the content of the email body. For example, I want a filter that moves emails containing the phrase "Thank you for submitting a bug report to Vivaldi" into my Archive folder.
Currently, when I add this to my Sieve script:
require ["fileinto", "imap4flags", "body"];
if body :text :contains "Thank you for submitting a bug report to Vivaldi" {
fileinto "Archive";
addflag "\Seen";
}I receive the error: unexpected identifier: body
This indicates that the body extension is not supported in ProtonMail Sieve, although it is defined in RFC 5228 / RFC 5238
as an optional Sieve extension.Expected behavior:
ProtonMail should support the body extension so that users can filter emails based on the content of the message body.
Alternatively, a note in the documentation stating that body is not supported would help.
Impact:
Currently, filtering based on message content is impossible, limiting the ability to automate inbox management.
Users have to rely on Subject, From, To, or flags only.
Also built-in wizard has no body selection.

Simplify the scope of Calendar
Proton’s standard calendar covers 24 hours a day. I don’t work at night.
I am therefore looking for a way to adjust the layout of my calendars, by modifying the time schedule, for example from 07:00 to 20:00 (instead of 00:00 to 24:00).
This allows you to browse more efficiently in this time slot, while keeping the display of 1, 3 days or the week (so without using the agenda version).
Is there a setting that allows this?20 votes
