Multiple Signatures
We really need the ability to have multiple different signatures that we can swap out, instead of having to re-write one every time we want to send an email to a different group. For instance, regs require me to have a certain format for my signature. However I do not want to be using the same signature for just everyday email. I also do not want to have to make an entire new account.

I have two different jobs and work both in English and French. In total, I have 3 signatures. I came from Gmail because I wanted to degooglize my tech stack. But I'm missing this feature so much that I might just switch back...

Yes, please! This is so important for those of us who need multiple signatures! It's one of those features that would significantly speed up email processing. Thanks.

You have custom domains, multiple email addresses/domains but not multiple signatures. I serve in various roles, and the ability to have several email signatures to choose from in very important - almost critical. I hope you implement this option soon.

Also I saw a discussion which stated that if you have a Plus account you can do this - if so it's extremely well hidden.

I use my main address for personal stuff and a couple of others for business - the ability to pick an appropriate signature for a message would be very useful, with a different default for each address.

It would be very useful to be able to select the signature to include in the message, for the same email address.
You can then manually swap the signature based on the recipient. -

I would really like this. I have one for formal matters, for church etc and it'd be nice not to have to change it manually each time!

This would also be a very good thing for languages that have differing formality levels (for example French, where formal endings to emails tend to be veeeery loooong), and so having differing signatures would make that part of writing french emails a lot easier.

I wrote a version of this same idea as a reddit post recently: https://www.reddit.com/r/ProtonMail/comments/ugtjd0/selectable_signatures_at_the_time_of_writing/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3
Selectable signatures at the time of writing, rather than by default
Feature Request
To be clear, I'm referring to text/image email signatures within the body of the email. Not to be confused with PGP signing.Coming from another email service, I've become habituated to being able to just insert an email signature when I think the message requires it, rather than all the time. For most emails I don't use one (ergo the default one is blank). However, for emails where I do want to give my contact information in the body of the message, I suggest adding a simple, quickly accessed menu in the editor can be used to insert the desired, prewritten, signature text at the end of the message. (Bolded that to make the actual suggestion easier to find)
As an extension to this, I also occasionally have the need to insert a different signature in a message to my usual one. For example, I might have a signature with just my email address and phone number, and another which also has my postal address. Alternatively, I may have one for my job hunting/portfolio website email purposes, and another just for personal stuff.
Bonus points if the prewritten signatures can be synced with the Mobile Apps (not double entered), but not mandatory.
I did search reddit, checked uservoice and Proton's site. Didn't find anything recent about this kind of request (lots on HTML signatures).
Alternative to tide me over: There are plenty of programs, extensions, phone apps out there that can insert canned text into an any text field.

We need this please!

I support this need as I also toggle between different roles when using my E-mail account and so need the ability to apply different signatures.

It would seem I am late to the party on this, but having just signed up as a paying user I would like to see this added.

I would very much appreciate the possibility to use multiple signatures for one email. I use the same email address in various contexts so a solution like gmail offers for this problem would be a great improvement for me. (gmail provides a "insert signature" button where you can choose from the signatures that you have predefined in the settings).

Good idea! +3

I second this as I'm swapping between languages all the time and this could spare me the tedious job of changing the standard signature every time I need to defer from the standard...

I also write emails in several languages, so I have to use suitable signatures, and it is always annoying to re-write same words again and again

It would also be good to have different signatures depending on whether the email is to a PM account or an outside account.
When sending to non-PM recipients I would like to have a signature like "Sent from the awesome encrypted Protonmail, come and join me", but when sending to another PM account a different (or no) signature would be more appropriate.
