Conflict alerts
Calendar events may be tagged as "exclusive". The user can select in settings if new entries will default to exclusive or not.
Any time an exclusive event overlaps with another exclusive event, the user is given a warning about the conflict, so they can then decide how to resolve it.
If two exclusive events are booked close to each other and they both have addresses listed, an estimated travel time could be generated and a warning given if there isn't going to be enough time to travel from one location to the next.
This will be beneficial when importing events…

Enforce Username Privacy via Primary Email Address Lockdown
As a Proton mail user,
I want all incoming mail sent to my primary Proton username (email address) to automatically bounce back to the sender as "undeliverable" (as if the account does not exists), unless the email originates from an official Proton mail domain,
So that I an keep my primary account username entirely hidden and free of clutter, forcing all external correspondence (i.e. everything except for official Proton correspondence) to go through my managed aliases or Proton Pass aliases*I understand I can have something similar by creating a custom Sieve with reject or discard, but it is not…

"Always BCC" on Proton for iPad
I don't see why even K-9 does this but Proton won't. Is it a privacy-related thing?
Full explanation follows, for all it matters.
New to Proton, I use it on several devices although my main is a desktop computer, from which I keep track of every single thing going on at my company. The desktop is obviously locked up and safe, but my mobile devices, being mobile, are with me most of the time. Should either get stolen, I wouldn't want the info on it to be way too important - which is why I don't use it as a…

Show event creator in shared calendars
I use Proton Calendar on the macOS desktop app with a shared calendar. Currently, when an appointment is created in the shared calendar, I cannot easily see who created the event.
It would be very useful if Proton Calendar showed the event creator or owner inside the event details. For example, the event could display something like:
“Created by: [name/email address]”
This would help shared calendar users understand who added an appointment, especially in calendars used by families, teams, or small groups where multiple people can create and edit events.
Ideally, this information should be visible in the event details…

Calendar Search On Android App
Really not much to say. I would like to be able to search my calendar using the android app. Not having search in the app severally hinders the functionality for me.

e-mail folders navigation much cleaner and faster, especially for users with many custom folders
Currently, email folders in Proton Mail — both on the web app and Android app — are expanded by default.
When there are many folders, this makes the sidebar quite long and it becomes tedious to find the folder you actually need.
It would be very useful to have folders collapsed by default, or at least to have a setting that allows users to choose whether folders should be expanded or collapsed when opening the app.
This would make navigation much cleaner and faster, especially for users with many custom folders.

.ics file import directly in the New Event dialog ;-)
I often have to import .ics files into my calendar. The current path to the function is multi-cklicks away. Why not add a button in the New Event dialog? That would be very handy :-)

Ability to suggest other times in Calendar:
When managing multiple people that have busy schedules, the ability to propose new calendar time for conflicting schedules is a HUGE time saver by not having to write messages back and forth. Both Google and Outlook have this feature.

partner with tuta
Proton is talking bad abaut tuta:
https://proton.me/mail/proton-mail-vs-tutanota
this is realy dirty considering that tuta doesnt even mention proton in any wayi think that proton shuldn't compete with tuta, but rather partner with them so that emails betwen tuta and proton could be encrypted.
privacy folk should cooperate not compete.
also people chill dont be fanaticly in love with proton, theyre still a corporation afterall.

Default font & text size for incoming mail
There is the option to have a default font & size for outgoing mail, but it would be nice to also have the option for all incoming mail as well.
In Thunderbird, a user is given the option to override the sender's default font & font size, which is to the benefit of the receiver, to create a better uniformity across all incoming mails from all senders.

Feature Request: Retention policies for emails and folders
This feature allows the user to setup a retention policy for a folder and/or individual emails.
The retention policy for folders should be applied by using the UI.
The retention policy for individual emails should be applied by using the UI and filters.5 votes -

It would be fantastic if a future Proton update allowed integration of Sunrise in the Google Drive and OneDrive cloud for convenient workflow.

Differentiate between "Unread" and "Unseen"
Use case
Most of the time I don't read/open every single E-Mail that comes in, but rather postpone the unimportant ones to later, while opening the ones that have urgency.
Problem arises by the lack of differentiation; All the "old" unread E-Mails are bundled together with the new ones that came in, and it is a game of memory if it was "42" or "41" unread E-Mails the last time I checked.
Proposal
Make it obvious in the UI how many E-Mails are completely novel, and which are already seen, but not opened yet.

Separation of Proton and Custom Domain Mailboxes
Currently, Proton email addresses and custom domain addresses share the same mailbox view, which mixes all emails together. This approach feels unintuitive and makes it harder to manage communication across different identities.
I would prefer the ability to separate custom domain email accounts from Proton accounts into distinct mailbox views (or “drawers”). While it’s possible to use filters and folders as a workaround, this requires manually duplicating structure (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc.), which quickly leads to a cluttered sidebar and added maintenance overhead.
Would you consider introducing an option to define how email addresses are grouped within the interface? For…
