Bulk actions for selected emails
I recently started looking for jobs quite heavily and got application confirmations on my account. I was able to filter for all of them, but there is not an action to bulk forward them to e.g. Gmail which has more functionality for processing mails automatically. I’d like to either forward them in bulk or copy all of the content to let it be processed by ChatGPT automatically, so it generates a table or csv file which I could add to my existing google sheets file where I keep track of applications. Add option to disable icons in front of each mail
After the major UI refactoring of the Android mail app some weeks ago, we're struggling with some of the changes. Let me explain one problem:
- Option to remove the icons in front of mail list
If the mobile device is a rather small one, the used space on the display is precious. So there should be an option to disable the icons in front of each mail within the mail list. Especially if you're heavily using automated sorting into folders, you're running into the situation, where the icon is the same for each entry on the list. This is wasted…

ability to invite others to event of which you are not the organizer
Example: my friend invites me to dinner and i would like to forward the proton calendar event to my partner. however, as i am not the event organizer, this is currently not possible. all other larger email and calendar provider incl outlook and gmail allow for this basic functionality.

Send emails though accounts added through easy switch
Add the ability to send emails though non Proton accounts that were connected through easy switch, to simply send emails through our previous email addresses with the convenience of Proton.

Jump to sent reply from the original email by clicking on reply icon beside sender name/address
Once you've replied to an email Proton Mail adds an unfilled reply icon in front of the sender address on the replied-to email and it has "Replied to" as the hover text. However, clicking on this icon does nothing to do with replies, but instead opens the standard sender pop-up ("New message", "Messages from this sender", etc).
I think that reply icon in front of the sender address to instead take you to the reply you wrote.

Subscribed Google Calendar is not synced
I subscribed to a few Google Calendars. It displays (not synchronized) several times a day. This is because Google blocks requests and you have to wait until the block is automatically lifted.
Could you consider doing the sync less often and adding the option for manual sync?
I saw this on TutaMail and thought it was pretty clever. It allows the calendar to automatically sync once or twice a day, and if you want, you can start manual sync.4 votes -
Visionary: Allow More Custom Domains
As a Visionary member, I can add 10 custom domains. I need more and want secure email for all of them. Please allow extra domains or offer a paid add-on. Unlimited isn’t essential, but higher or flexible limits would help people move their whole setup to Proton. Strict caps like this drive people away, which is a shame given the need for robust privacy services in today's less private world.

Add "sent to" filter condition
At the moment, filters for "The recipient" include emails other than the destination for the email.
Eg: say I want to apply the label "not-proton" to emails received because they have been forwarded from an outlook or gmail address.
Using "The recipient" it is not possible to distinguish between OTHER recipients of the email and the one that caused the email to be received.
Say my proton is example999@proton.me, and I have gmail addresses example001@gmail.com through example999@gmail.com (so impractical and annoying to specify all 999 of them but you don't want to also catch example1000@gmail.com because that's not you)…2 votes -

Implement Enhanced Tracking Protection on Android platform
Implement enhanced tracking protection features in the Android app that are already available on the web. This will include:
- Protection against spy pixels (also known as tracking pixels).
- Tracking link protection.

Open Proton Mail Bridge in background (hidden)
Every time I open macOS, it opens Proton Mail Bridge (I want that), but also everytime I have to manually hit "Close window" since I don't want the app on my desktop everytime I start my computer. It would be really helpful to have an option to just not open the main window on startup everytime.

could we have a way to follow thread that makes the multi-persons conversation obvious with some indentation? I found the present all in the same group confusing. I had to revert back to Thunderbird to have a clear idea of who answered to whom.

Add contacts without email addresses to groups
I use “Contacts” in Proton Mail to securely manage all my contacts and I need to be able to group them. I don’t have email addresses for all my contacts. The group icon is grayed out unless an email is present, so I’m forced to enter fake emails like “@.com”.

Sort group contacts alphabetically
Have group members sorted in order like they are in Contacts. I have no idea what order I’m seeing them in, but finding a specific member is hard.

Sending emails FROM a group address
I would like to be able to send emails using a group address as the sender (admin@domain.com for example) to make sure my colleagues in the same department receive the replies in case I am not available.

Improve search to allow multiple filters
The current search is very limited. I want to find all emails with a specific label in the Inbox. In the search, I can select Inbox and a label, but I can only choose one.
I have 40k emails with this label in the archive, and 1,000 emails in the Inbox, some of which have the same label. How am I supposed to search for just the ones in the Inbox? Please improve the search to allow combining multiple filters.

Add right-click context menu in the desktop app
Please add right-click functionality in the desktop app. For example, right-clicking a folder should open a context menu with options like Settings, Empty Trash, and so on.
