    I need a widget for the Calendar app on iOS. I can't use it without it, as it's a must-have deal breaker feature for me.

  2. Preview attachment in app without downloading (Proton Mail Android)

    Right now when previewing an attachment in the Android app it is first downloaded to the regular Downloads folder and then opened with another app.

    Ideally an attachment would be previewable in the Proton Mail App, similar to how it is possible in the Proton Drive app.

    Alternatively, it could be shared with another app without first being downloaded to the Downloads folder. Other Mail apps like Boxer do this.

    The current behavior is very tedious as you have to manually go to your Downloads folder to delete files you only wanted to preview.

  3. Multi-Account Tabs for Easier Switching in Desktop app

    I suggest enabling the ability to have multiple independent Proton Mail accounts open simultaneously in the same desktop app, accessible via tabs or a quick switch feature. This would streamline workflows for users managing multiple accounts.

    Add the previous used snooze date to the drop down.

    Ex. If I snooze one email on Friday the 13th september at 09:00, show this again if I want to snooze another email-

    Saves clicks.

  5. Search results should display folder name

    Search results display lists out all the emails that fit the search results (the search report). This shows one line per email of basic data about that email. This will show label name in the custom color--which is very helpful. However, if the email is located / assigned to a folder, the one-line display in this report/list shows a folder icon but no folder NAME.

    Even if I open that email to look at all of that email's data, there is NO indicator of where this email is located. As of March 2024, it can only exist in one folder.…

  6. Tracking Links Protection in ProtonMail Android app

    I would like to request an enhancement for the Android app: the integration of Tracking Links Protection.

    Currently, ProtonMail offers Enhanced Tracking Protection on the web. However, it would be great if this protection could also extend to the Android app.

  7. Add snooze functionality to custom folders

    Extend the snooze feature to support custom folders. I use custom folders for different business "inboxes" and would like to be able to snooze emails in that custom folder.

  8. Collapsible folders in mobile apps

    Some of my folders have many sub-folders which are not used often, so so having the sub-folders listed out in the mobile app can clutter the interface when I am looking for something else lower on the list in a different top level folder. On the web interface the top level folders are collapsible, if this feature could be brought to mobile that would be awesome.

  9. Display SPF, DKIM and DMARC check results in email details

    When viewing the original email, Gmail tells you whether the checks passed, for example:
    SPF: PASS
    DKIM: PASS
    DMARC: PASS
    I use the most expensive Proton subscription and still don’t have this feature. It will be very helpful to see these checks in the details of the letter. Thanks for considering this idea.

  10. Move notification toasts to the right side

    When I let my inbox fill up to the bottom and sit down to organize it, the notification that I can undo my action piles up at the bottom center. While this visually looks nice, after the 2nd or 3rd one piles up, I cannot click on the action buttons in the emails at the bottom.

    Please move the notification area to the right so it won't interfere with the mailing list.

  11. To choose language sending emails to external addresses (notification email)

    The "confidential email" notification that the recipient gets when sending to an external address is in english whatever the interface language is.

    Having de ability to send the notification in the same language or choosing a language manually would be pretty useful (as Tutamail does).

    Some of my recipients can't read english and think the notification is spam.

  12. Folder Management and Rules can be improved

    Foldermanagement, Rules and Categories can be improved.
    I'm setting up my Mail on Smartphone and MAC and im wondering why it's not possible to automatically move Mails to folders on the phone in the mobile app. Aswell for every mail that i set automatically move it creates a new rule and when you change something in the rules you get a terrible mess. It would be nice if that can be reviewed and overworked. Aswell Folder Movement is a terrible experience because you can not adjust where your folders are visible and in the settings the folders are popped up…

    Have the ability to send an email from a hide-my-email alias, I know you can reply using the alias but would like the ability to select it from a drop down menu (from the from section).

  14. have the option to copy email and attach it to a new email

    Hi,

    How often you want to share a email trail as "justification" to a different recipient. You can of course "select" to content but that often goes bad on an phone, but if we would be able to "copy" an email and attach it the a new mail it would make life hugely easier for any user

  16. I want to see the email as I am typing out a response

    It just opens to a new draft window in front of the email in the inbox, and because of that, I am not able to see the email, even the first full line to respond to it. Something like two separate columns or rows, where I can scroll and see the email I am responding to, without having to close the draft window each time. At least an optoin to resize the draft window.

  17. Allow default back navigation using mouse and keyboard

    As a user, I want to be able to easily go back to previous page using the typical back button.
    The back button can be on the mouse(e.g. Logi MX series) or CMD+Back Arrow on keyboard.
    This behavior works fine in the browser, but does not work in the desktop app.
