  2. Proton Mail iOS App: RSVP events and integrate them into the calendar

    When you receive a meeting invite and open it using the Proton Mail iOS App you are currently unable to RSVP. Furthermore, the event is not displayed in the Proton Calendar iOS app.

    A user should be able to RSVP within the Proton Mail iOS app and the corresponding event should be displayed in the calendar.

  4. Delete Proton footer or loose customers

    I have started using proton due to it being recommended as secure email, after registering it appears that you input your ad into every e-mail sent by making your footer compulsory.

    To remove just that what haven't been disclosed before creating account I would have to pay 5$ per month, which is ridiculous when you have free e-mail providers everywhere.

    Due to that I will have to switch to different provider as I don't enjoy being rolled like that into paying for something. Misleading people into creating accounts afterwards informing them that every person that wants to use free version…

  5. Optional Auto-Forwarding from Gmail

    So, I noticed that upon making a free Proton Mail account, you have the option of fully integrating the account with varioius features to double the account's storage. One of those features is Auto-Forwarding with Gmail, and it is not optional for some reason—i.e., it is required that you have a Gmail account in order to be considered using all of Proton's features. I'm not sure why this is the default, that you make a Gmail account just to connect it to your Proton Mail account and only use the Proton Mail account. I have no desire to use Gmail…

  6. Support Plain Text for Proton Mail mobile app

    I default to using plain text when using the Proton Mail web client, but the mobile app sends rich text emails with no option to switch to plain. I would like to request that you please consider adding an option in the mobile app to default to plain text for consistency.

  8. Handy "See all emails at once without clicking three times or so" feature

    Please do it so one can see a list of ones own emails by just clicking on the icon at the top right hand corner just like in Gmail eg, and so one does not have to click like two times and wait till the screen loads two times till one can see all of the emails one is logged in with.

    I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. I'm writing to share a suggestion regarding the functionality of ProtonMail, a service that I've come to appreciate and rely on.

    I would like to see the 'Easy Switch' option, currently available to users migrating from Google to ProtonMail, expanded and made less restrictive. This would allow users to perform similar actions with different email services.

  13. Filter to Reject Email Based on "To Address"

    Having my own domain, I can create nearly unlimited email addresses.

    I use a different one for each vendor, bank, service, etc. Example: Credit Suisse might get credisse@mydomain.com, while Deutsche Bank might get DeutscheBank@mydoamin.com.

    I've had several of these in the past get stolen or sold to spammers.

    REQUEST:
    Filter option to send a rejection/undeliverable message to sender when I no longer need to use one of these aliases.

    SimpleLogin has made MUCH easier because you can turn off/on at will.

  16. Allow custom domain name with catchall to also send email with any username

    Now my custom domain has a catch-all for incoming mail, I would like that also to work for outgoing mail. So that I can 'Customise From Address' to allow any username in custom domain and I don't have to set up each username individually. Replies will just come back to catch-all.

    A while ago, a purple indicator was added to the left of each unread message, which seemed superfluous because unread messages were already highlighted in white. It looks like other users requested this feature, but I don't want it. Just recently, I noticed that the titles of read messages have been grayed out, which makes them hard to read in some themes. This adds a third way to distinguish between read and unread emails - but there only needs to be one, and it shouldn't interfere with my ability to read.   19. Fix problems with uncontrollable font sizes when composing emails ASAP!

    I contacted support a couple of weeks ago to let them know about a font size issue when composing emails- the font size changes itself when I try to type any email (and always to a smaller hard to see size). The problem was acknowledged and I was told that others have reported the same problem. I was told that the issue would be corrected, but as of today the issue still has not been resolved.   20. Allow non Proton Mail email accounts on the PM IOS app

    Either that or develop a bridge solution for IOS

    I don't want to have multiple mail apps on my phone - just one with all my accounts, I have work emails that cannot be protonmail and would like them to be aggregated in one app.
