Sheets - search cell notes
I would like to be able to search cell notes.
The "Find in sheet" search box currently searches cells' formulas and even their displayed values—e.g., a
$in a cell that has theAccountingformat.Combining them into a unified search would be okay. An option to limit the search range to formula, displayed value, and/or note would also be nice.

Create share link for folders & files from within the desktop app
Currently, to create a share link you have to visit drive via web browser to create a shareable link. It would be great if this feature was available either on the desktop app, or in the right-click dropdown menu like dropbox provides.

Version History should show time.
Version History only shows the date and not the time. If I have multiple versions in one day I have to do multiple clicks back and forth to the details modal in order to see the time.

Drive Mount Point
Please remove the "My files" subdirectory from the drive mount point. When setup asks where to mount the share, if I put in C:\Users[UserName]\Proton. That's where I want it. I do not want an additional subdirectory. I especially do not want one with a space in it. Just mount it where specified.

Better assignment of photos to albums
When I viewing all photos (on web) and trying to organize them to album, then:
- selecting multiple photos hides heart icon - marking favourite photos - not a good idea when I want to pick exact one photos from series of "same" photos
- after selecting multiple photos and assigning it to album, I would like to stay at ALL PHOTOS view not jumping to album right away. It really complicates with the adding new photos to album if I want to go through all photos. Back button always returns to the first photo of all photos section.6 votes -
Allow the ability to download multiple files without having them bundled inside of a .zip file from the web interface.
As it stands, on the web interface, if you select multiple files to download within a folder, they automatically get bundled into a large .zip file.
It would be nice to have an option to instead have the files queued up to be downloaded separately.
I'm aware you can individually click download on each file, but I'd like to be able to use the checkbox to select all files in a folder and queue them up as separate downloads.

Bring Back Upload Rate
Proton Drive changed the UI/UX of file uploads. This change removed the MB/s indicator on the right of the file name in the upload menu on the bottom right of the page. This post requests the Proton Drive Team to re-add the indicator for the upload rate for the files.
Currently, only the total MB uploaded / total MB to be uploaded is shown for each file.6 votes -
Proton Docs: use pt instead of px, or offer choice
I just tried Docs für the first time and the first thing that springs to my eye is the font size showing "px" as measurement. Being curious about this I downloaded a test doc as .docs and opened it in Word, which showed the correct size in points (e.g. 16px -> 12pt).
While I am happy that the measurement unit is no mistake and is converted correctly, I still wonder why Proton chose to go with px instead of pt while still offering the same sizes as other text editors, just using px as unit.While the average user might…

As it is, you only can sync photos. On the desktop you can add additional folders.

We have some devices with Snapdragon X CPUs, and the Proton Drive client will not install. Please add support for ARM CPUs on Windows

Ability to select a table and change the font for all of the cells
You need to be able to select a table and change the font for all of the cells. I have had to change the font every single time. It is ridiculous that you cannot do this automatically.

Add Row/Column Groups to Proton Sheets
I track many things in my spreadsheets and grouping is a lifesaver. When I decide to track the TV series that I have watched by Season and suddenly there are 1000 rows in my spreadsheet, it would be almost impossible without grouping together first alphabetically and then by show as a secondary/subgroup. This makes it much easier to find what I am looking for and not be bombarded with however many rows in each spreadsheet.
This is one of the two main things keeping me with google sheets at the moment and I would love to fully switch over once…

Consistent Styling
Disregarding that Docs and Sheets do not have any selectable themes like in the main Drive page, there are two inconsistencies:
1. Tooltips in Drive show above the mouse cursor while tooltips in Docs and Sheets pop up below the cursor.
This is actually also an accessibility issue as using a slightly larger mouse cursor will partially hide any information the tooltip was trying to show
2. Docs and Sheets have inconsistent menus. Sheets have the conventional "File, Edit, View, ... , Help" menus while Docs lack many features to fill menus but hides everything else in an overflow menu.…6 votes -
Proton Sheets - edit chart axis range
In Proton sheets, when I make a chart out of my data, the Y-axis always starts from 0. However, if all my values are in the thousands, this is unnecessary and hides the differences between my values, as they all look similar in this zoomed-out view. So, I would like to edit the range of the chart axes by setting min and max values to my liking.

Upload Only Sharable Link
Right now, one can create a Proton Drive folder where people can have view-only access or view and edit access.
One option I use all the time with a competitor is upload-only access. I provide a link to people where they can upload a file to me, but cannot see any other files in that folder. It's great way for people to send files to me securely, even very large files.

Include Postal/Zip code as native entry for cards - Improved Autofill
Proton Pass credit card entries should natively support and autofill a postal code/zip code field in the card schema (along with name, card number, expiration date, etc.).
Reason: many sites require a postal code entry to be included along with #, name, code, etc. to help in security/billing verification.
Benefit: more seamless credit card autofill for users without having to enter the postal code manually or hope for a second step identity autofill.

Direct Download Link
When sharing a file, the recipient has to open a web page, find the Download button and hit the button.
I understand that this process is also a free ad for your services but it would be very helpful for some people to share a direct download link: when clicking on the link the file is automatically downloaded.This can be done with other cloud providers and it's really helpful, especially with elderly persons.

Allow synch for network drives
All my datas are on my NAS and I would like to be able to sync selected folders to proton drive. Unfortunately Network drives are not supported which doesn't make sense...
