  1. Named ranges in Proton Sheets

    I use named ranges extensively in any spreadsheet I create. They supercharge things like VLOOKUPs or data validation with a list of possibilities.

    Rather than entering a fixed cell reference, I create separate data source or menu option sheets and name the ranges. I then reference those ranges in my lookups or data validation. The data source lists can be modified, sorted, formatted, etc independently of the cells or tables that reference them, and it can be done without having to actually edit the lookup formula or data validation setting.

  2. Add to iOS share via menu

    I use a scan to PDF app daily. After I scan a document, I want to upload to Proton Drive but the option to select Proton Drive is not available. I have to go through the Files app, which has Proton Drive setup within. I’d like to add directly to Proton Drive!

  3. Allow editing of photos

    It would be very useful to be able to edit photos, such as cropping, rotating, and adding filters. It doesn't necessarily need to have very advanced features, just the basics.

  4. An option to lock down Drive access on computer

    In addition to Proton Drive, I have a premium pCloud account with their encryption option.

    If Proton Drive provides a secured online storage with encrypted transfers and encryption at rest, pCloud Encryption provides in addition a mechanism which allows locking the local vault on the computer for sensitive documents.
    Sure the computer session has a password but it would be nice to see such a complimentary option for Drive. I believe pCloud opens up some sort of virtual network drive. I don't know if Proton Drive does the same thing and if the current implementation would enable this.

  5. Add labels and / or colour to the folders in Proton drive

  6. Heading (chapter) navigation

    I make documents with lots of chapters, which I use headings for. There should be an outline or heading select to more easily navigate the document.
    Also, when hyperlinking text, I should be able to link to a header in that same doc so I can make my own table of contents (so people reading .pdf can also navigate easily).

    Finally, it'd be nice if we could save our own custom heading styles in some way.

  7. Add support for absolute cell references (i.e. using "$")

    Steps:
    - Cell K1 contains the formula, "=$A1"
    - Click on K1 and copy with cmd+c
    - Select cell L1, and paste with cmd+v

    Expected result:
    - The formula in L1 should be "=$A1"

    Actual result:
    - The formula in L1 is "=$B1"

    So it appears the use of "$" to denote absolute cell references (e.g. "$A1", "A$1", "$A$1") is not supported. This would be hugely valuable addition, and is currently preventing me moving from Google to Proton Sheets.

  8. Open/edit md/docx/odt files in Proton Drive without creating a separate Proton Docs file

    As above, it seems strange that you can open files in Proton Docs, but a new file is created (pdoc) instead of amending the original file. Google drive allows for editing of docx and excel files from the drive without creating a separate doc. Clearly outline in your documentation that a new file is created to avoid confusion. This would also help in the future with integration of proton drive clients and seamless integration with file managers like on windows. I can amend files on pdrive on my windows machine but i cannot do so on my phone or using…

  11. Proton Sheets: Add "Split text to columns" feature

    Proton Sheets is missing a core spreadsheet feature found in Excel and Google Sheets: the ability to split text in a cell into multiple columns using a delimiter (comma, space, tab, custom character).

    In Google Sheets this is implemented as:
    - menu option (Data -> Split text to columns)

  12. Proton Docs Bulk Download

    There needs to be an essential feature to bulk download Proton Docs into a readable file format of your choice. Allowing the downloader to choose a default file time (Adobe, Word, etc.). For purposes of downloading multiple files at once for ease and convenience. And for purposes of being able to do a convenience manual backup to a local hard drive.

  13. Mutual proton drive

    I have a Proton Duo subscription shared with my wife, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to have a single, mutual Proton Drive that both of us can access and manage — rather than using shared folders between two separate Drives.
    In other words, can we have a truly common Drive space for both accounts within the Duo plan, where we both have equal ownership and access rights?

  14. Support for GNOME/KDE online accounts

    Using the GNOME or KDE online accounts applet you should be able to use Proton services like Proton Mail, Proton Drive, Proton Pass etc. by logging in to your Proton account. Nextcloud and Google have support for both, and Microsoft is supported in GNOME enviroments. Posted this in the Drive section since currently only the Drive app and various other early access apps cannot run natively in Linux.

  16. Enable importing photos from Google Photos and Apple Photos

    I want to be able to import photos in a batch when moving from Google Photos or Apple Photos as uploading with mobile Drive takes too long with bigger amount of photos and not all photos are in mobile to be uploaded due to memory limitations.

    - Makes moving over easier and faster for everyone

  17. Detail view of Photo Albums

    Please allow for a "details" (list) view of Photo albumns. In web view, currently, each album shows a square with an album main photo. I have many albums and would like to just see a list. Thank you.

  18. Proton Sheets Suggestion

    I'm so thankful for Proton Sheets and Docs! Finally, I can leave Google Sheets and Docs. But there are a few issues I'm having: 1) when I copy/paste a URL into Sheets, it puts a ' in front of the link and it won't become a link until I remove it; 2) when I copy/paste text into a cell, there is no option to Paste and Match Style. So, if my font is set to 15, the paste shows up as 10 and I have to change it every time; 3) in Google Sheets, if I type the same words…

  20. Convert folders with pictures to albums
