    As the title says! Especially when there are a lot files uploading speeds become unbearable slow.

  2. Proton Drive PWA should cache its web resources

    Proton Drive's web version is installable as a PWA, but it does not cache its HTML, CSS, and JS files, requiring users to wait for them to load every time. Please make it cache them so that it can load faster and work even offline.

  3. Night Time / Dark Upload Mode - Locked upload mode while sleeping / away from device

    While auto uploading photos on the mobile app it can take some time for the system to complete the task if you have a lot of content.

    The request is to have a option to enable "night time / lock upload mode" so the screen turns to a low black screen with a count of how many items are still needing to be uploaded.

    This allows the user to keep the device active and on while asleep / away from the device but also they do not have to worry about the screens constant updates / brightness.

  5. Add scroll bar in photos view

    Would be great to have a scroll bar in Proton Photos. I have lots of pictures and have to swipe the screen 900 times to get to the pics at the bottom of the list. With a scroll bar, I could "swipe" the screen once and get to the bottom.

  7. Right click context menu to manage files folders and links

    Add an extension that allows you to upload a file/folder directly to the cloud using the context menu and create a share link straight away.

  8. Proton Drive Desktop App - Option to free up space at root folder

    I'd like the option "Remove Download" to show up at the root Drive folder on my laptop. Right now every time I add new files, folder and subfolder I have to manually "Remove Download" after they are done syncing.

    I'd like the option "Remove Download" to show up at the top folder even if there's only a single file that is on my laptop.

  9. Loop Video Setting

    When viewing a video I would like to set it to loop. So after it is done I want it to play again from the beginning similar to the gif behaviour.

    Maybe make it selectable in the video settings.

  10. Locked Folders/Files

    I use proton drive to hold all of my Keys(Recovery, ssh, ect) just in case I get hacked I want to put a password on my "Keys" folder. Also I feel like everyone could benefit from this.

    We can share files and folder within the webapp and the android app, but not within the windows app (or even better if possible: right-click options in the Windows explorer).

    Would it be possible to preview .xslx or .docx files in Proton Drive (apps as well as desktops)? Or would this be impossible because of the proprietary format?

  17. Ability to change language in the Proton Drive app for Android

    Hi, since Proton Drive was born I have already written a couple of times to develop the possibility of changing the language since it is only in English but unfortunately this has not happened. Unlike Proton Pass, which arrived a few months ago, the update happened quickly. I hope you can develop this possibility since Proton Drive has been launched more than a year ago and the language has always remained the same. Greetings

  18. Android: allow photos backup to use Ethernet

    I took a 30 min video (in 1080p) and tried to use Ethernet to help upload on Android to upload faster to Proton Drive. However, the photo backup feature of Proton Drive couldn't recognize as a "form" of mobile data. (I used a combination of both airplane mode and keeping Wi-Fi on while turning off cellular data with Ethernet.)

    This would be helpful on Android tablets and for Android smartphones that have Wi-Fi off/unavailable.

  19. Tokens for Protondrive

    We need tokens for Protondrive, similar to the tokens for SMTP submission (see https://proton.me/support/smtp-submission). It should be possible to assign these tokens on a folder basis. This would make backups to Protondrive much easier. Currently the 2FA code has to be entered sporadically (e.g. for rclone).

  20. No color change in storage bar of Proton Drive in Proton Mail

    In Proton Mail, you can see the amount of storage and how much is used in the bottom left corner. I have used about 3/5 at the moment and this progress bar now turns into a ghastly orange. I'd like for it to have no color and just be white. It's now a screaming orange bar, as if I have to do something about it, while I still have 2/5 of storage free.
