Folder "shared by link" with photos should have a gallery view
If I have a folder (not album under "Photos") with photos, it can appear as a gallery and I can easily see the photos. If I make a "shared link" and send it to someone else who is not logged in, it only appears as a list of files. They can't see all photos at once and they have to scroll through them one by one to see them. I think, overall, it would make sense to have the gallery view in as an option in shared links. (This is not about Albums)

Better UX for sharing link
I share files or folders with an expiration. It gives me better control, and I won't end up with dozens of shared folders without a clue about their purpose.
I would appreciate the following features:
- expiration date available in the first dialog form, I have to open another dialog now
- ability to preset default expiration date to a certain number of days from today (60 days fits me the best)2 votes -
Restrict upload size for shared directory
I see as reasonable to restrict size of folder provided to someone to upload file(s) for me. I don't want to get short with space because of "my friend's" stupid idea to upload nonsenses.

Separation of pictures, docs, files and sheets via folder options
You data is encrypted on the device... so now let us decryp everything on the phone, or virtual machine or otherwise....
Point being: option per device to allow or NOT of what to even be loaded. It's not even "to be access" but "it never even shows".
This is very usefull if we want want max control, and max privacy. As in for phone? we can have our proton drive open, unlocked, and if we show someone some pictures from there, they simple can't access, not even realise, that other parts even exist.

Manual sync on Windows
It seems that Proton Drive only syncs documents when the last change value changes, not when the file actually changed, which creates a problem. Windows has this annoying quirk where, if the file size didn't change, it won't update the meta data for the time the document was last saved, so even if you saved 10 times in 10 minutes, if the changes you made summed up to the same file size, Explorer will continue to show the change time as being 10 minutes prior, and the updated file with not be automatically synced. Allow download of Photos via Proton Drive Windows app
For photos that are stored in Proton Drive allow these to be downloaded via the Proton Drive Windows app and made available offline. This will allow me to store a copy of my phones on my PC.

save as conversions that do not need download
Proton docs can be downloaded in various formats. But you cannot save to the drive in those formats, you have to download and then upload, risking leaving the document on an insecure drive!
Add a "save as" feature which works like download, but saves to the drive.

File Send (Wetransfer-Like)
Sending file downloads without having to create a link to an existing Drive folder for one-time downloads of sensitive data. Include expiration, download limits, etc.

Proton Drive on iOS Files app
I would like to request that Proton Drive appears in the 'Locations' sidebar of the iOS Files app, similar to Google Drive and OneDrive. Currently, it only appears in the Share Sheet.

Create specific folder icons on Windows that reflect the synchronisation status of a folder. (Proton Drive Client)
On Windows, when folders are synced using the Proton Drive Client, the folder icon remains the Windows default one. It would be good to have different icons that reflect the status of the synchronisation operations.
For example, on top of the original icon
- Small green mark for "synced"
- Small blue mark for "On-going synchronisation"

Fix Table Bug
There is a bug where sometimes when you interact with a Table, the whole page freezes for a few seconds (Not the entire browser, just page).

Lumo API Compatible with Hermes Agent
I use Lumo all the time, and want to start using agents. Running LLMs locally takes too much hardware, but do not want to use other LLMs do to privacy issues. I would easily pay for a higher subscription of Proton if I could connect my local agents running on an Umbrel to an API of my Lumo

Sheets - Add ability to force recalculation.
Right now in Proton Sheets, the only way to force recalculation of cells which contain RAND() or NOW() is to edit an existing cell.
I'm suggesting to have a menu button somewhere that can be clicked to manually invoke the recalculation of these cells.

proton docs named versions
It would be nice to be able to name specific version of a proton doc to be able to identify "checkpoints" in the drafting of a document. Right now, all versions are equal and more or less automatically generated, but it would be nice to have more agency in creating and naming versions.

as of now, aliases to folders when copied to proton are converted to empty and useless "blank" files,
