  1. delete button (outside of settings)

Can you please move the delete button out of the settings and into the sidebar, or somewhere? I know lots of people keep AI chats, I don't. It seems like extra steps to hide it in settings.

  2. SynthID or similar feature

    Hi !
With the aim of having an ethical minimum for the internet and in view of the announcement of an image generation option soon added to Lumi, I think it would be good to have something like 'SynthID' implemented in Lumi to be able to detect that the generated images are indeed generated by AI, and thus make possible malicious uses of AI more difficult
Maybe its aleready in lumni but i didn't find information about it, sorry if it the case.

  3. i would like to search a calendar for all non empty instances so that i can more easily edit events.

in my specialised calendars like 'cashflow' 'garden'. I want a search option that returns 'all non empty non recurring events and the current instance of all recurring events, so that I can review the whole recurring structure more effectively.

  4. Proposal to Improve Lumo Naming and Presentation

My name is Liese, and I am a researcher and engineer who currently uses Proton Business Suite + Lumo Business as an individual user. While using the service I noticed several points of confusion that I would like to bring to your attention and suggest improvements for.

    1. Inconsistent Naming Across Plans
Lumo Plus – marketed as the premium plan for individual users.
Lumo Professional – presented as a corporate‑oriented plan.
Lumo for Business – essentially the same corporate plan but with a different name.
Having three different names for what is fundamentally the same set of capabilities makes it hard for users to determine which plan best fits…

  5. Include sources when copying

It would be useful it sources (typically URLs from web searches) would be included when copying an answer using the button right icon.

  7. Lumo vocabulary(s)

For Lumo. You can add different categories for what it can do and or search for.

    • Comprehensive = Everything

    • Basic = Just basic Information+ sources. Perfect for those who need a quick lookup of information.

    • Custom = You define what lumo will do and or search for.

    • Take a chance = Gather random information based on what you are searching for. Some of it may not be relevant though.

  8. Shared calendars to be able to be set as default for both members of a duo subscription

Shared calendars to be able to be set as default for both members of a duo subscription.

I would like to be able to share a calendar with my duo member, and have this shared calendar a default for both. This would allow the color-coding system to be visible by both members of the duo subscription. This function is not available for the person who didn’t create the shared calendar

  9. Setting for switching between 'enter to ask' and clicking to ask.

Japanese (and perhaps other languages) requires the enter button to convert text into characters, which ends up asking Lumo before the sentence is fully written. This is frustrating as theres no other way to ask Lumo without typing the sentence somewhere else first, then copying. A feature to turn off 'enter to ask' would be appreciated.

  10. Hierarchical Multi-Task Constraint Optimization Engine

I am writing to propose a mission-critical feature to address severe hallucination and performance degradation when processing complex, multi-project prompts with nested constraints.

    Problem Statement

Our system currently exhibits fundamental breakdowns when handling prompts containing multiple distinct projects with interdependent constraints and domain-specific requirements:

    1. Critical Performance Drop: Benchmarks show accuracy falling below 10% compared to single-task prompts. When processing 32+ nested hierarchical tasks (e.g., "Project Z's Project B's Project D"), performance degrades to GPT-3 equivalence levels.

    2. Constraint Isolation Failure: The system cannot reconcile project-specific constraints with global constraints simultaneously. Complex nesting ("Project A's Project B's Project 9") causes complete context…

  12. Remember to Show or Hide a Calendar Per Calendar View

Remember to separately hide or show a calendar per view type (e.g., days, weeks, months, etc.). For example, a daily tasks calendar is hidden by the user from the month and week views (because its events take too much space) but shows the daily tasks events on the day view automatically.

    merci

  15. Feature request — Lumo integration with Proton Drive as project context

    Hello,

I'd like to propose a feature that would significantly increase Lumo's value for professional users: the ability for Lumo to read files directly from the user's own Proton Drive as conversation context.

The current gap: Lumo works great with individual files pasted or uploaded into a chat, but there is no way to give it access to a complete folder — for example, a software project directory. Working on real code means needing context across many files at once (source code, configs, changelogs). Right now, this means repeatedly uploading files by hand, which breaks the workflow.

    Concrete user story…

  16. Farb-Funktion gratis zur Verfügung stellen bitte

    Hallo,

  17. Native file generation and download in Lumo (return edited project files as a ZIP)

As an amateur developer working on Android apps with Visual Studio, I currently rely on ChatGPT for my coding workflow. I upload my entire project folder as a ZIP, describe the changes I need, and the AI corrects the files directly and sends them back to me as a downloadable ZIP. This automated loop is essential for me as a hobbyist who doesn't have the time or patience to manually copy-paste code into dozens of files.

I would love to switch to Lumo because of its privacy focus and non-US ownership, but the current limitation is a dealbreaker. Right now,…

  18. Keep Lumo's Proton documentation index synchronised with product announcements

Problem: Lumo's documentation lookup had no record of a major Proton Pass feature (AI Access Tokens) roughly four months after launch, despite it being documented on Proton's own support site.

Requested feature: A regular sync pipeline between product announcement/support documentation and the documentation lookup Lumo uses, so newly shipped features are answerable on day one rather than discovered only via manual web search.

  19. Real Life Meca Lumo

I found out how may of the small robots, with raspberry (<- mini pc) and such exist.

It supports many of the other ais. And i can't help but want a cat like this:)))

After all... can you Imagen if, despite having an ai, as a mini robot, seeing and talking and more with you, it's still 100% privacy? (i am not taking in account crimes and similar as per limitation of what 100% privacy means).

For Proton: i don't know how they work but if the little robot can be compatible with Lumo, then we can take it from…

  20. Automatic web-search fallback for Proton product questions

Problem: When a question about Proton products/features finds no results via Lumo's Proton documentation lookup, Lumo currently concludes the feature doesn't exist — sometimes confidently warning users it may be a scam. In my case, Lumo denied Proton Pass AI Access Tokens (a real, shipped feature announced May 2026) and suggested I'd encountered phishing, because the docs index hadn't caught up with the announcement. Live web search quickly corrected this, but only because it happened to be used.

Requested feature: When the Proton documentation tool returns no results for a product question, Lumo should automatically fall back to web search…
