Please consider support for Watch OS on Apple Calendar. It would be very important to have the event visible directly on my wrist on the Apple Watch.

Even limited functionality (view only + snoozing reminders) would already be very useful.

Being able to view my next event easily on my watch is pretty important to me. At the moment I have to resort to subscribing to my Proton calendar through apple calendars which kind of defeats the point

The only thing lacking from Proton Calendar, which I tried to use in place of Google Calendar, is notifications. My Apple Watch receives a notification from Google Calendar but not from Proton Calendar. Having tried to use Proton Calendar as a replacement for Google Calendar, the only thing missing is notifications. Google Calendar sends a notification to my Apple Watch; Proton Calendar does not. This means that if I'm out on a hike without my iPhone, I get notifications from Google Calendar. I do not get any notifications from Proton Calendar. Unfortunately, this means that I cannot leave Google Calendar for Proton Calendar until I can get notifications on my Watch. (Note that this could be texts (to 999999@tmo.com or whatever it is). I just need to be notified on my Watch when an upcoming event is due.

Currently the Proton Calendar app on iOS cannot be viewed on my Apple Watch. Please add the widget / app for Watch OS so that the calendar events & notifications can be viewed on my Apple Watch.

Calendar visibility on watch is the last hurdle for me to completely switch my calendar from iCloud to Proton.

Great that there is a proton calendar android app, but if I can't integrate it with aCalendar+, then I'm not going to use it. I understand being able to integrate with 3rd party app chips away at security, but it is still better than not using proton calendar at all. Proton could add a warning for enabling the feature.

Love Calendar but have iPhone... iPhone's calendar doesn't play nice with nice with Proton...I don't want to tote around a Windows Laptop to enter and read my calendar's dates.

Yes! While it might defeat some of the security that PM offers, being able to sync to a third-party calendar app (like the iOS built-in calendar app, Thunderbird calendar, Kalendar, etc.) would enable a lot of functionality for users.
Users should, of course, assess the risks of doing so and weigh them against the benefits of having a native calendar client.
After assessing my risks and needs, being able to sync, use my proton calendar next to my other calendars, and use my proton calendar to aid in automating tasks outweighs the risks of using legacy calendar protocols.

I come from Android to iOS and need now to migrate back my proton events to Google Calendar. It's very frustrating and unbelievable how Proton could underestimate this huge lack in the suite of products.

The development is massively slow.

You really need to include iOS in all your apps or you're not going to get the traction you would like.

This is the absolute biggest drawback to Proton right now. Using a web version in Safari on my phone just isn't cutting it. I am temp using Apple Calendar instead of my absolutely perfect Google Calendar (aside from being Google). I need all of my stuff under one provider. This has been promised since last year and we've not heard a peep about it since nearly then.
