Create event in shared calendar from mobile app
I need to be able to create events in a shared calendar from the iOS app. Currently, it's only available on the web.

What makes it hurt even more is that on Android it's enabled, so it looks like an iOS bug. Pretty please make this trivial thing happen otherwise we downgrade from the Duo plan.

Don’t hold your breath on this one, Theunis. I just don’t understand why it hasn’t become a priority that’s if they’re even working on it.

Hope they add this soon!

Finally got my partner to switch over to Proton, now they’re angry with me that something as simple as this doesn’t work. It’s another basic function that’s lacking which makes Proton Calendar a pain to use

Please fix this - How else can you have a mobile shared Calendar with your family?
Until fixed we need to keep using Google for the shared Calendar :( -

I cannot fathom how this feature can be missing for years while still being available on the web and other apps. Insane!

This is one of the things still keeping myself and my partner using Google. We've signed up to Proton Duo, didn't know this feature was missing at the time. Hopefully this can be prioritized as I can't imagine only a few people want this feature.

This needs to be addressed, my wife and I also just switched all our digital stuff from U.S based services to Proton Duo. As a workaround we have to share each others calendars but. Not very intuitive.

This has been the primary disappointment. My wife and I just switched all our digital stuff over from Google to Proton. However, this has been a DAILY headache.

I just don’t understand why Proton is not giving this top priority.

this is such a basic functionality. instead of creating more and more new apps give some love to existing one first.
you don't make it easy for existing paying business users, to defend why proton, if basic usability is missing.

This is a huge false marketing, it says when I share a calendar others are able to edit it. It is however, not true

Embarrassing that this feature hasn't been addressed for over a year. I convinced by wife to switch to Proton over Christmas with me on a Family plan. Now she can't even add events to a family calendar. She's abandon all use of Proton...due you this. Embarrassing Proton.

It's ridiculous that this is still not implemented on iOS.

Of note, this is currently possible on the Android app as well as web.
The lack of this feature is the singular issue preventing me and my wife from switching from Google. We're ready to switch as soon as this is added. Otherwise, love the service.

Crazy this doesn't work, it's just one of the main features why we signed up for Duo.
