Customize calendar widgets
The new calendar widget is awesome! I can now actually switch to use proton calendar as my main calendar app.
One thing I would really like to see is the ability to make the widget background transparent. I guess to make it suitable for other user's requirements, it could perhaps allow the user to select a color (including transparency value).
This would allow me to make the calendar look nice on my homescreen and let me see more of my background. Currently it's the only thing with a colored background so it stands out a bit.

Have many more color options for the calendars
Have many more ranges of colors thant we could define in a color rainbow to choose for the calendars, as it is the case for google clanedar or infomaniak.

Calendar API
I have python code that pulls upcoming assignments from a couple of websites and puts them into my current calendar. This current calendar is google but thanks to you all I am moving away from the ever seeing eye of google. It would be nice to have an API for adding events to my calendar programmatically.

Audio alarms/reminders for events
Very few calendar apps allow you to set an alarm for the event that has an audible reminder like an alarm clock app would. This would be super helpful so I don't accidentally overlook an event.

Show and book available appointments (like Calendly)
The functionality of Calendly and others similar to it has been a godsend to my business and daily operations. Effectively, my Calendly account is tied to my Google Calendar and allows for users I share my public Calendly link with the opportunity to schedule a preset block of time with me on my public Calendar. This is automattically added to my "private" calendar on Google (lol). The users cannot see any details on my calendar, just the slots that are available to meet with me, whether in person or remote, with options I preselect through a questionaire they fill out.

Current day Highlight
There should be visual indicator of current day. I often put dates into wrong week because current and future looks the same

Calendar App Invite Attendees
It would be nice to be able to invite other attendees to a calendar invite inside the app, not just inside the desktop version. is this coming soon?

In week or month view make the current day more noticeable
The current day in week or month view is not very distinguishable. It will be better if:
1. In month view you make a slight change in color of the whole day square.

Create Calendar Event from Mail, Reply with meeting
For mail and calendar integration.
Would like to have the ability to take an email to a calendar event. (there is a request to make it a "task" - maybe its same thing).

highlight dates with events
Hi! Your pm calendar is really convenient and it would be more convenient if the dates with filled events would become highlighted with possibility to change color of highlight by type of event.

Color labels/categories in calendar
We just started using the ProtonMail calendar, but notice there is no way to color code events/categories such as we had in Outlook/Google calendars. It would be helpful to have this feature included to easily identify the type of event at a glance.

Send calendar invites from different email addresses
When sending calendar invites it's currently only possible to send them from the account name. It would be useful to be able to send them from any of the other email addresses associated with the account.

Event Invite Title Details
Your default event invite email notification reads " Invitation for an event starting on [date["
This is rather ambiguous, suggesting you use "[name] is inviting you to [event name] on [date]. Or similar.

Shortcut for .ics import
I have a lot of events that provide an ics file. It's painful to import these at the moment - I have to go to settings (and log in each time), then hit the import button, then select the file.
Ideally, there would be an "Import event" button under the "New event" button which immediately opens the file dialogue to select a local ics file.
