  2. Customize event color names

    Hello everyone,

    First, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to vote for new features, it's especially great to see that you actually implement them.

    I have a specific request: I'd like to customize the event color names so I don't have to remember which color corresponds to each category.

    For instance, I currently use "Olive" for spare time or vacation events, and "Fern" for health-related events. I'd prefer to rename these colors to reflect the categories directly, rather than relying on their default names like "Fern" or "Olive."

  3. Larger WeekDay Letter IDs Android

    Make the Day-of-the-week letter abbreviations for the column headers slightly bigger and bolder as compared to calendar date #s.

    Right now the letters SMTWTFS are a sort of a light grey & they get lost.

    Maybe the number size is reduced slightly and letters increase slightly.

  4. Events in iOS Proton Calendar app going until midnight show up as half hour event

    Hi,
    So I've been using the Proton suite for a few months now, but I've come into an issue. When I add any event (doesn't matter if created on desktop, web or iOS), then in my iOS Calendar app it show the event as only a half hour event, rather than the full block until midnight.
    Is this something that could be fixed? I regularly work shifts until midnight and I already forgot to go to work once, because I didn't see a big block in my agenda like I'm used too.

  6. Indicate with a note-icon if an event has something written in notes

    I sometimes forget that I wrote notes to an event. It would be nice if there would be a small note-icon or some indication that there is more information added to an event. May some text/preview could also be shown under the event title in week view.

  7. Community Plug-in Store: Solving individual problems like Deleting calendar events after some rule

    It would be really great to be able to delete all events from a certain calendar. In my case, I have a vacation and a school calendar. Right now, I either have to delete all recurring School events at the beginning of vacations and create them newly at the end of vacations, or I have to manually delete them one by one to have them still recurring after vacations.

  8. Calendar Notification for Sharing Feature

    I made separate calendars, one for myself and another for my family.

    When I turn on notification by email, the notification is only sent to the calendar owner's email, no message notification is sent to the email of other members in the calendar.

    Let's say I have three members in the shared calendar, I will receive four email notifications (one for me and three for my friends all sent to my email).
    The notification emails should have been sent to each of the registered emails.

    this is quite strange!
    Please consider this improvement.

    Currently, entering an address for a new event is just a plain text field. Please add an address lookup so that we can search for addresses or search for locations by name.

  10. Add support for addy.io (and other email forwarding services)

    I use addy.io for email forwarding for privacy reason. Used it before switching to proton so I still don't use simplelogin.
    When I get a calender invite, if I click "Show in Proton Calender" on my email, I get a popup that says "You email is not on the participant list" because it is not my protonmail address. I am forced to download the ics file and then import it. It would be nice if there was an option to bypass this warning and import the event in one click

  12. Toggle "helping" make schedules

    Currently, it tries to force a task into 30 minutes, 1 hour blocks, and starting at 12:00, 12:30 etc. But I want the option for it to not override the values I put in because I have to fight with it to do what I want it to do. So basically, I want there to be a switch in the settings that stops it from trying to help me make the schedule, because I know what I want, and it's not what it think I want.

    Delete calendar event in IOS from an invitation

    I can delete a calendar event from my laptop but not on my iPhone. This situation is when someone has sent me a calendar invite.

    When I have created my own event, I can easily delete this in IOS or on my laptop.

  14. Proton Calendar with videocall meeting and chat system integration

    Feature or app in the stack.

    It would be lovely to have a proton security and privacy policy compliant to make web meetings easily.

    Also a chatting system will be so good.

    This feature could be so important for enterprise environments. Also the chat system should be able to make private chat links in order to invite someone else to a chat room to not have never problems between companies chat systems being unable to integrate with each other.

    This both features will enhance a lot comunication between business and can boost up business accounts sales i guess.

  15. Sync Now button for external calendars

    Having the ability to see the last sync time and force an immediate update if needed should not cause much strain on proton servers as the feature button would only be used as needed.

  17. hide recipients in calendar

    for the calendar, i want to have the option to hide recipients / attendees. this way i can be within gdpr compliance and not share people's emails without consent. it can be by way of bcc (similar to email) or a simple hide attendees checkbox.

  18. Calendar analytics

    I'm a consultant and need to see how many hours I spend on which client and/or project.

    For now, I use Google Calendar and TimeNavi for that. However, I'd like to use as few Google products as possible and use tools that respect my privacy. Thus, Proton Calendar.

    To do this, I need to be able to at least export my calendar choosing which calendar and which dates into a CSV.

    The best would be to have an analytics part where I'll be able to see directly the sum of my different time entries. And/or to work with another provider…

  19. Label events as free or busy. Also per calendar ability to filter events from view & notifying.

    Outlook allows for events to be marked as free or busy. The ICS equivalent parameters of these are transparent and opaque.

    It would be great if proton calendar would allow events to be marked as free or busy and for it to be aware of these parameters from ICS.

    Use case scenario: I have my work outlook calendar ICS loaded into proton calendar.
    I have recurring meetings weekly, often 3 meetings overlapped at a time, from 8am-6pm daily.
    As a manager, there are many meetings I need to have in my calendar in the case I need to join them.…

  20. Empêcher les événements antérieurs de revenir

    Quand on modifie un événement récurrent dans le calendrier, tous les événement antérieurs qu'on avait supprimé reviennent. Il faudrait qu'ils ne reviennent pas.Ou alternativement: permettre d'éliminer en un seul clic tous les événements passés.
