  1. Working hours visual indicator

    In other calendar software (e.g. Outlook), users are able to specify "working hours" which are then coloured differently (with a lighter shade) in the day or week view.

    This helps with visual decluttering - for most, 1:00 AM isn't as important as 11:00AM, for example, so it makes sense to display those differently.

  4. Different Notification Streams for Unique Calendars

    On Android, there are options to have multiple notification streams. I would love to have a different stream for each unique calendar in Proton Calendar.

    This would allow setting custom ringtones / vibrations for different calendars, or mute certain ones if required.

  5. More options for end dates on recurring events

    When entering recurrence the end date options are only "Never", "On date" and ""After". Can you add options to end:

    "After X occurrences"
    "After X months"
    "At the end of the year"

  6. Additional event re-occurance

    Would you please implement these additional calendar re-occurrence options:

    • weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
    • weekdays (Monday through Friday)
    • Nth ${DAY_NAME} of month (example: "first Friday of month", "last Wednesday of month")
    • bi-monthly (twice a month)
    • semi-weekly (every other week)
    • quarterly (every three months)
    • biannually (twice a year)

  7. Real editing and formating options for Event Description field

    We need basic editing and formating functionalities in Description field of an Event. At least Bold, Italic, Underline, and most important, opțion to insert links.

  8. Sync with my own Zoom Pro account and not generate a generic Zoom link

    Currently when Zoom function is set to active on Proton it creates some kind of generic Zoom link in the meeting appointment, but doesn't allow for the integration to an existing pro Zoom account. It causes meetings to be created with links that the client has that is different to the one that I have in my calendar. Likely the integration of a non Google or Outlook account is required. There is a request for some kind of URL (EWS URL from memory) to link non-Google or Outlook clients but there is nowhere in the settings on the Proton dashboard…

  11. Allow duplicating events in Calendar just like in Google Calendar.

    Please implement in Calendar the DUPLICATE events function, as it is in Google Calendar. It is very tedious to have to type everything again when I want to create a new event very similar to an existing one. It is much easier to duplicate an event and correct only what is necessary.

  13. Print settings

    Refine printing by adding print area commands so that you can select from 0:00 to 0:00 or for just these days. I also really like a fit to page option, since inevitably the second page (or the back of the page) always gets ignored at meetings.

  14. A pulltab for adding commuting time to an event

    I like to be able to visually see my commuting time when I look at my calendar so to be able to visually extend a calendar event (in perhaps a muted colour or standardized "commuting colour" ) to include it would be way better than having to manually put in (and then potentially delete if things change) a separate event to show that I am commuting during a certain time. I would also use a feature like this for things where I have to show up early to something even though it doesn't actually start until later. Thanks!

  15. Display external calendars in app

    It would be good to see external calendars in the iOS and Android app like we can currently see in the web version. At present I have to fall back to my google app on my phone.

  18. Notifications for users added to shared calendar

    The option for event notifications and emails to be sent to all users included on a shared calendar, not just the calendar creator.

  19. Add event presets

    Add thr ability to create presets for events, so that adding many of the same types of events with similar properties (eg exams) becomes much faster, easier and less repetitive. Configurable should be defaults for everything
