It makes no sense. Monero has less than USD500K volume per day most days. Why should they bother? Even Litecoin has millions per day to say nothing of Ethereum and Bitcoin. If you want anonymity then use an HD wallet and/or a mixing service or Shapeshift.io. Btw, Dash is anonymous and has 5x the market cap of Monero.

XMR has ring signatures and stealth addresses and will soon have Confidential Transactions, all enforced across the network! This will effectively hide source, destination and amount and will result in a neutral financial network wich is resistant to geopolitical manipulation, coercion and censorship... Imho every privacy-focused service should use monero as a payment-option!!!

@Brad Monero is not "some small alt-coin" It has more support from prominent Bitcoin personalities than any other privacy crypto-currency. Soon it will join Ethereum and Bitcoin as the 3rd cryptocurrency on StackExchange.

A vendor like Protonmail should not have to support some small alt-coin like Monero. That should outsourced to some payment gateway. It makes no sense when the amount of people who own Monero is so tiny.

Please accept Monero far more private than Bitcoin. Since I use Proton mail this would be helpful.
