We will be adding Monero as a payment option for our VPN plans by the end of Summer 2025.

>> Btw, Dash is anonymous and has 5x the market cap of Monero.
>It provides lesser degree of privacy and is not a FLOSS project and many other reasons.Incorrect. Dash is 100% FLOSS. As for anonymity, I disagree that it provides for less privacy. Monero is not magic either and there are audit-ability concerns and more.
That being said, as much as I would love Protonmail to accept various crypto-currencies, Dash certainly has a significantly more robust community and history and is far easier to use, but for protonmail's purposes, I would have them just stick with bitcoin. It is trivial to anonymize through Monero or Dash into some random Bitcoin address and then pay that way if you want.
Unless of course, protonmail dudes disagree, but if they were a small company, that would be my recommendation this early in the process:
1. Still uncomfortable with crytocurrencies? (and they seem to be since there is no automated bitcoin payment mechanism yet) Then stick with Bitcoin
2. Comfortable with Cryptocurrencies, then try to support the top 5 or so that are actual currencies (for example, Ether is not really a currency per ce).Anyway... my 2 cents.
I don't know what Contacts application Apple has (depends on what email application you are using, right?)
But any contact application is currently better than the Proton Contacts interface. It's too disempowered (you can't do stuff to multiple contacts easily, and can't do ANYTHING to multiple contacts in a group view.
And that sidebar as the only interface? No. That is not adequate. At least something that is half-screen or a whole window. Contacts management, believe it or not, used to be better in many ways in Protonmail. It seems to be getting kludgier and kludgier. I feel like I have my hands tied when I use the interface.
