Easier Management of Multiple Proton Accounts (with Admin/Billing Role)
As a small business owner, I often manage multiple Proton accounts – for example, one for personal use and others for different projects or clients. While Proton is already a great tool, handling multiple accounts could be made a lot more convenient.
What would help:
The ability to link and switch between multiple Proton accounts within the same interface, without constantly logging in and out.
An option to set different billing addresses and email contacts per account. This would be especially useful when managing subscriptions for multiple businesses or teams.
A centralized view where I can see all active subscriptions across accounts at a glance.
A dedicated admin/billing role, where an administrator can manage payments and invoices without the end users seeing this role. This would be particularly useful in reseller scenarios, where clients only use the product while the reseller handles all financial administration in the background.
This would make Proton far more practical for users like me who want to bring several domains and teams over to Proton but currently face extra complexity in managing them separately.

Your points hit real pain. A few add-ons from the trenches:
Account switcher with a “recent accounts” list and search.
Delegated roles:
• Owner
• Admin
• Billing-only (can see/pay invoices, edit payment methods, download receipts)
• Auditor-read (see invoices, no edits)Per-account billing profile with PO number, project label, and separate billing email. We tag invoices by job, like “PV-Estates reroof 2025.”
Consolidated invoice option across accounts, plus a breakdown per domain and per user. CSV and PDF.
Multiple payment methods on one org: card for monthly seats, ACH for annual renewals.
Clear proration math when adding or removing seats mid cycle. Show dates and amounts line by line.
API or webhook for invoices and subscription events so we can auto-reconcile in QuickBooks/Xero.
If Proton shipped just switcher + billing-only role + PO fields, it would save us hours every month. Happy to beta test with real data if helpful.
