How can we improve our accounts settings, payments or plans?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

    Display Bitcoin Segwit address on your donation page so that people paying you donations will incur less transaction fees. This can be displayed alongside current Bitcoin address.

  2. Add more payment methods available internationally.

    Add some payment methods that are available world-wide in all countries.
    How about your own Debit or Pre-Paid Card or Gift Card or Western Union, Money Gram etc. it would make payment`s easier that way.

  3. Apple auto-renew subscription through iTunes or support Paypal Payments?

    I would like to see the option to setup auto renew subscription option through Mac OS & iOS that would allow me to set auto renew subscription for payed accounts as I generally prefer to run all my subscription payments through the Apple Account.

  4. Paysafe cards as future payment option?

    Totally anonymous AND easy. Simply walk into your next store - even ordinary grocery stores sell them now - and buy one. So what's keeping you from accepting paysafe cards?

  5. enable paying with crptocurrencies

    plz enable paying with cryptocurrencies.i cant buy your plans with your options.be the first email and vpn company to do that and you will earn huge support from crypto world

  6. Altcoins payment

    Please accept altcoins payments, not only Bitcoins, which is losing momentum.

    You could integrate with BitPay, CoinPayments or ShapeShift.io

    This would be convienent and possibly a move towards privacy since many altcoins are geared towards anonymous transactions (Monero, Zcash, Zcoin, Dash, etc)

  7. Yearly payments in full rather than automatic billing of an account.

    The option to pay in full for the whole year, rather than having to participate in the practice of continual automatic billing currently available.

    iDEAL is the most popular online payment system in the Netherlands (NL):

    Please consider adding support for this method for Donation, like Wikipedia has already done.
    I don't have bitcons, err bitcoins, or PayPal.

  10. Support DASH payments for donations and other stuff

    Hi,
    I would like to pay with dash. It is the only cryptocurrency with instant payments. They are having lot of inovations implemented and lot of things will be in near future.

    Please alow us using the most decentralized currency for payments for donations and other stuff on protonmail service.

    Request: Add billing in Canadian currency. I really want to support Protonmail but having to deal with inflation through conversion makes it really difficult and limits payment options. Billing in more currencies would be nice...

  14. More payment options

    I see protonmail accept paypal, credit card and bitcoin as payment option. But you have traffic from many countries like China, Germany, France, Brazil, India, Russia and so on. We are Payssion, a payment service provider, we'd like to offer you global payments like webmoney, Alipay, sofort and so on which has a higher coverage in these countries and do not have chargeback. Our payment options are really suitable for your customers from all over the world. Hope you can consider it.

  15. Support e-bills (e-bill.ch) for easy payments

    Would make it easier to pay from a PostFinance account, for example. I don't have a credit or debit card, and need to transfer money to PayPal. I realise this is only useful for few people in Switzerland though.

  16. Ability to donate via Google Play in-app purchases

    As part of my mobile phone contract I receive a certain amount of credits which I can use for Google Play purchases (either apps or in-app purchases).

    If there was the ability to donate to ProtonMail via in-app purchase this would be fantastic as I'd then be able to funnel all those funds to a worthy cause!

    Preferably this option could be done without the need for an active ProtonMail account, so there would be no association between the Google Play transaction and a specific Proton Mail account.

  18. Donations

    Hello Protonmail,

    I'd like to ask if it would be possible to setup a payment/donation system that would allow users to pay with cryptocurrencies.
    Personally, I prefer either Bitcoins or better yet Dash.
    Will this be possible in the foreseeable future?
    I'd very much like to donate to your cause but I'm also security conscious/paranoid.

    ProtonMail badly needs an effective way to anonymously and securely purchase accounts and features. ZenCash is a growing crypto anonymity platform for currency, messages, and media. It is secured by a backbone of TLS secure nodes and employs zk-snarks transactions for TRULY untraceable transactions. Other "anonmyous" cryptos that don't us SNARKs technology fall short of being as private and secure as ZenCash is. It is a perfect fit. Thank You!
