How can we improve our accounts settings, payments or plans?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Why not anonymous payment alternative(s)?

    as it is seen among many ideas mentioned above, I think this is one of major missing features at present. For this sole reason I have hesitated to upgrade (specially VPN service). Until anonymous payment methods are provided, I will keep going with free account.

  2. Gulden payment

    Gulden is a crypto currency designed for payment.

    Gulden in its current state has the ability to handle 40 transactions per second, but can easily be scaled as needed.

    Gulden on the other hand uses an average transaction fee of NLG 0.01 (€ 0.0020 +/-) irrespectively of the traffic on the Gulden network.

    Gulden payments take now around 15 minutes but it will be reduced to 150 seconds (with the Prime I update of the network).

    Nocks.com allows merchants to directly convert a payment into Gulden in Euro at the current market price.

  4. payment in USD and mobile batch delete capability with check boxes

    Make payment available in USD for us muricans please. Also in the mobile app add check boxes via settings at each email to check for batch delete. This is much faster than having to swipe a hundred emails one by one to delete.

    Hi everyone! I would like to suggest having a payment option for Decred, (one of the most legitimate cryptocurrencies in my opinion). I believe this reddit post makes the case for Decred better than I can:

    To add privacy change the payment / paid to / name to something other than ProtonMail, something that seems un-related to Email or VPN services ect.

  8. prepayment of accounts

    Folks...a couple of things wrt renewal payments
    (1) I wanted to prepay for my account and you don't seem to have that as an option.
    (2) I also wanted to change my method of payment to BTC...that also does not appear as an option.

  9. No 1-Click Purchase and Save My Preferred Currency

    My greatest disappointment in the past year has been payment:

    (1) No 1-click purchase, please:
    There should be a confirmation button to make payment, instead of a 1-click purchase button that doesn't warn me that it's a 1-click purchase button.

    (2) Set default payment currency:
    I prefer to pay in USD, but when I extended my subscription during this last Black Friday, the payment menu just automatically changed to EUR. My Settings page was definitely NOT set to EUR, and without my realization, the subscription was charged in EUR (which was way more expensive than CHF and USD) and, because…

    Yo! So.. The most of Mobile Phone users are Android Users, right? Also Protonmail does require Google Play to run, right? So why shouldn't we pay our bills ( Plans, extra features like storage etc.. ) with the integrated Google Play Payments? It is fast,easy,advanced and secure. If you wanna Pay with PayPal because you don't have a credit card? No Problem! Pay with Bank or Paypal Funds.   11. Top up account balance

    The ability to "top up" one's account balance by adding funds in advance. This prevents any delays in payment preventing any lapses in service. An example that uses this feature is Name Cheap.

  12. I have one (1) improvement request: To allow GMAIL to process payments. Monthly cash via Google Pay is an easy payment feature.

    Allow Google Pay to pay for the account upgrade.

  14. My payment didn't work.

    I placed an order for subs merchandise and my payment method was not working correctly. I believe that as Developers we should have access to the merchandise for free 😉, I hope you can help me out with this thanks so much guys. GREAT DAMN JOB!!

  15. Make information to payment to bank account public via homepage

    faciliate payment to your bank account. I would like to use a Swiss "Einzahlungschein" (ESR, postal payment slip) to pay for services or make donations. Wikipedia does this.
