1. Label selection pop-up in PM app should be sorted

   Label order displayed in pop-up when tagging an open mail with a label should be exactly the same as in 'Settings for folders and labels', otherwise you have to read thru many many labels to find the wanted label to tag a mail.
   Consequence: If you sort (alphabetically) labels in Settings, labels in pop-up should appear sorted as well.

2. Sheet: Default Arrow Key navigation to "Edit Mode" (character-by-character)

   Currently, when a cell is active and I use the arrow keys, the focus jumps to the neighboring cell.

   I would prefer where using the Left/Right arrow keys moves the cursor between the characters within the active cell or formula bar instead of switching cells. Google Sheet does this as default.

   Example Scenario:

   • I have selected cell K10, which contains the text "Proton123".
   • The cell is active/focused.
   • When I press the Left Arrow key, I want the cursor to move between "3" and "2" inside the cell to allow for quick editing.
   • Current behavior: It jumps to cell J10.
   • Desired behavior: The cursor stays within K10, navigating the text string or formula.

4. Navigation and Mail box items on the right side of the pane

   Similar to pre 2002 hotmail and old version of yahoo. I would like my Nav pane and buttons to have on option to be on the right side. Just a gui swap? I miss this greatly NOSTALGIA!

5. Filters and Automations improvements

   I'd like to have extended functionalities for filters, relying more on automations that are triggered at regular custom timers or events, instead of only "as a new email is received".

   I'd like to have these:

   1) New Automation criteria:
   • Emails that are older or newer than "X days/weeks/months";
   • Email status as "read" or "unread";
   • Email location (folder);
   • Attachment size is lower or higher than X (to label them as "bulky").
   • "Without answer" (to detect all emails we sent which didn't receive answers).
   This would allow automations such as: if the email is older than 1 day AND it contains "access code", then Delete it. Or delete it sooner if it's also "read".

   2) Ability to remove labels from emails if the updated filter doesn't involve them anymore. As much as there is an option for affecting old emails to add a new label, should be able to have a feature to retroactively remove labels if criteria aren't met anymore.

8. Separate PIN for Proton Authenticator for iOS

   Currently, you can only log in to Proton Authenticator with your mobile phone PIN. To increase user security, I would welcome the option of choosing a separate PIN, as is the case with Proton Pass.

9. Proton data centers all over the world under driveways and sidewalks and parking lots?

   One thing I've noticed is that loading can be a bit slow and you probably need processing power in various locations. I was wishing for something to melt the snow on my driveway this morning, and thought of waste heat from data centers. So! How about I give you a free lease on the land under my driveway, you tap into my power and water infrastructure, you stuff a lil data center under the driveway and it melts my snow in winter?

   If you did a bunch you could do distributed data centers all over the frozen north.

   Could also offer contracts to towns up in areas without sidewalks and install data center sidewalks. Towns would throw you a party if they could get some of the infrastructure costs off their shoulders, you would get a TON of land and you could pick the locations that already had access to power and water.

   Heck, you could experiment with those power generating sidewalks in some places.

10. Stop deleting right away messages without sending a copy to the user with the deletion notification

    I just had two messages deleted by Proton Administrator.
    I get notified by email with this short message : 

    "Hi, please report this through the "Report a problem" option on the app."

    And so... since you deleted my contributions, if I had not by chance corrected their text in my AI chatbot, I would be left without any copy of it and would be forced to re-write them from scratch.

    So a copy of the deleted contribution should be included in the deletion contribution.

12. Proton Pass breaks AfterShip

    Proton Pass prompts you to add the aftership.io domain to your account for the mobile app. However, upon doing this, Proton Pass triggers an infinite loop in the AfterShip mobile app login form. It becomes impossible to proceed. The interactioon between these apps is so bad that it's better to use a phjysical sticky note.

14. Calendar: Bad iOS/iPadOS notifications

    Unlike most other mobile applications, Proton Calendar's notification banners can't be swiped from right to left to dismiss.

    I have to manually visit the Notification Center every single time.

    Please ensure that Proton Calendar notifications for all Apple devices are dismissable with the normal horizontal swipe gesture.

16. Customize organization of lumo chats into folders/tags

    Being able to categorize chats or even better particular answers lumo gives into folder/tag categories to be able to quickly recall or browse would be extremely helpful to leverage the computing power used, reduce having to ask the same question again, and being able to look at answers all at once (eg: research project, games, special interest subject, etc...)

    Proton is a very solid service and I'd like to see it expand to new markets such as Latina America, where privacy doesn't seem to be a great concern and now we're seeing a lot of private data leaked, stolen, etc., and all the crimes that come with it. I understand the pricing can't be the same as in the EU or the USA with the economic disparity in these regions, but surely some alliances could be made and a major awareness campaign can be created to teach people why their privacy matters more than ever. Both for individuals, families and business.

    Hey! I know this is something you'll have to really think through inside the company, but I'm sharing my case anyway!

    I'm sorry if this idea was already suggested, but I couldn't find it.

    I'd like a Drive-only subscription, just like we have an email-only one. I'd like to start using your services, but I already pay for another VPN and use another password manager. So paying for all of those if I'm not using them seems like a lot.

19. Automatic scan of email with automatic generation of action points and drafting of answers.

    For our company, I want to automate the information and operations flow. I think that an important aspect of automatic information and business operations flow would be an automation to read my emails, draft action points, communicate those action points to me and other stakeholders, and draft answering emails (including proposing scheduling Zoom meetings using dates and times from my Proton calendar). I would like to export the action items so I can draft full plans in software like Perplexity.

    salve, vorrei sapere se esiste in Proton.mail la possibilità di bloccare una mail. Io provenire da gmail e a volte se capitava questo tipo di mail fastidiose le bloccavo per non vederle più. Io essere entrato in impostazioni ma non avere trovato ''blocca mail''. essere io che non ho visto oppure non esiste in Proton.mail? Se non essere in Proton potrebbe essere un qualcosa in più che comunque a mio avviso può servire agli utenti. grazie
