Setting to always Show Original Message
I get a lot of forwarded emails and have keep clicking the "Show Original Message" icon to view them. Recommend a setting to always show the original message.

why do i have to click 3 dots to see email....very annoying...may need to not renew if you not fixed by renewal time.

Super Important for my family as well. It's super annoying that this is not an option. and Frankly its one of the reason I am not going to renew.

I'm getting my entire family to move from Gmail and Google Workspaces to Proton. I need to explain this to every single person. And to the older people I need to explain it every couple of weeks because they don't receive forwarded e-mails that often and forget. Muscle memory is an important thing to consider and my family has used e-mail for over 20 years without the need to do something special. In UX, if it isn't obvious, one has to ask what went wrong.
Please change this and or make it an option that I can get everyone to change. I would prefer for you to change this.

This is the utmost importnat request for me and my wife. So many emails have been thrown away because nobody understand these three little dots. Receivers think they have been sent empty emails!!!

New user to Proton Mail, perhaps 2-3 months. This is one of the most annoying settings. I'm forwarding a lot of email and I receive a lot of forwarded emails from travel companions. The constant need to click the ellipsis to "show original message" is frustrating. There are 3 ProtonMail issues that I'm trying to work through and determine if these are deal breakers for renewal when it comes up. This is one of them.

I completely agree. This is incredibly annoying and I cannot find a way to change it in the settings.

Please add this feature! I forwarded emails from other email accounts to Proton to consolidate and going through each email to decide which I need to permanently delete or keep. I have to click on the 3 dots to open original message every time! If I had known this I would have done this process before forwarding emails. :-(

That this is missing is baffling me and actually many recipients have no clue that they have to press the three dots

Beats me why this got not many more votes. Especially with forwarded message it's kinda weird not to display the forwarded message right away.
