Export emails in a folder to PDF
Right now we can only export 1 email at a time to PDF. It would be incredibly useful to be able to choose a folder and export all of the emails in that folder as PDF (individual emails as individual PDFs AND export all emails into one big PDF).

The menu bar items clutter the top and aren't really necessary, and I would prefer all of my proton apps to not be up there.

I know a lot of customers use iphone's and based on the transfer of pictures it would be amazing if you added support to preview heic within your own amazing email product. This would save a lot of time (maybe even the ability to convert to jpeg when it notices a attachment).3 votes -
Feedback for share feature in Proton Drive
I have tried the latest feature which is the sharing feature of Proton Drive.
To share to the user's email destination, there should be a choice of which email address to use because in one proton account can have many email addresses and the email address that appears in the ownership of the folder or file share is the main email, this makes it uncomfortable.
In my opinion, the email of the folder or file owner is quite optional, not to be displayed or can choose which email to give.
Then also for this sharing feature, there is no option…

Invitations
At the moment, if I schedule a recurring event and invite a member to attend, they are automatically invited to attend every event in that sequence. I want to be able to choose to add them for a single event in the sequence or else choose whether or not and when to send out an invitation on a weekly basis.

Proton family with user permissions and monitoring
I really want to use proton family, however I have young children. They will need an online identity at some point and I want to start teaching them now, but they are not old enough to have that own unmonitored email.
My proposal is to have an option in proton family for the admin to treat accounts as users within an organization, similar to how the business suite functions.

Allow email notifications for service outages
The status.proton.me page doesn't allow email notifications, only Slack, webhooks, RSS feeds, etc. It would be helpful to allow users to use an outside email address to stay up to date on service outages.

Proton Pass autofill popup covers the login button.
Proton Pass has autofill which is great, but the popup is displayed over the login button which interferes with mousing over to click "login" on nearly every site.

Allow a default app from the sign-in screen
I find the new "Welcome screen" that requires you to select from a list of apps quite annoying, it would be nice to be able to set a default app that allows you to skip this.

Improve Proton Icons in Linux
Proton icons in Linux are not only smaller than the standard 48 pixels but moreover have a very ugly white background filling out the 48 px size. Please Proton, do a proper job of the icons and size them correctly and with a transparent background, in the standard (transparent) .png format.

Proton Drive for macOS Monterrey and MacBook Air 2017
Hello developpers !
Can you make an update of Proton Drive for MacOS, that allows us to use it on former mac. Currently, we need to have macOS 13 or 14, but for exeample, MacBook Air 2017 only works until macOS 12 Monterrey.
Can you make an app like Proton mail Beta for macOS that works on Monterrey please. It will be very usefull for members who have a premium plan.

Make Archive a top-level action after reading a message
My normal action after reading an email is to archive it. Yet the archive action is generally hidden under a menu rather than being at the top level after reading a message.
On web, Archive is contained within a meatball menu at the top of the message. So after reading, it takes 3 actions to archive it: 1) scroll to the top, 2) open the meatball menu, 3) archive it.
On mobile Android beta, archive is not available on the bottom bar (the actions are mark as read, move, trash, and label). Archive should be one of these options -…

Make the width of the code block in the new docs ideal for display on screens in portrait mode. ie make the width wider.
The new docs is awesome. I would like improvement on the code block as wider for portrait screens. I started with a document of 9 FOIA requests and I chose to separate each FOIA in a code block. Unfortunately the block gets too tight on portrait displays.

Accessibility options under appearance settings
Under the accessibility section of the appearance tab in settings, we have options for font family and size, but no option for letter/word spacing. It could be really helpful to those who suffer from nystagmus/blurred vision or dyslexia to be able to increase letter/word spacing to promote legibility.
Example:
0.05ch letter spacing (0.15ch word spacing)
0.08ch letter spacing (0.24ch word spacing)
0.10ch letter spacing (0.30ch word spacing)Obviously they couldn't go too much higher without causing potential text-wrapping issues in the UI, but an option other than the default would be welcome.
