Keep format when inserting new row in Sheets
When I insert a new row above an existing one, I'd like the format of the existing one to be copied.

Proton Sheets - Bringing in data from another sheet
For some complex spreadsheet projects, it's not uncommon for sheets to pull data in from either another worksheet in the same workbook or another worksheet from another workbook. In Google Sheets, this would be accomplished with the IMPORTRANGE() formula. This would be helpful for things like reducing workbook complexity, isolating concerns, gating collaborator access, and abstracting sensitive information.
So basically, an IMPORTRANGE() equivalent for Proton Sheets. Thanks for your time!

Allow user to directly login to uservoice with their proton account
It felt a little silly that I was offered options to login immediately with Facebook or Gmail, but not with Proton account. Uservoice should feel like it belongs to the same service ecosystem.

.heic
Hi,
I hope you are having a blessed day. Recently ran into a conversion issue for heic. I know a lot of customers use iphone's and based on the transfer of pictures it would be amazing if you added support to preview heic within your own amazing email product. This would save a lot of time (maybe even the ability to convert to jpeg when it notices a attachment).275 votes -
Dark theme for loading and login pages
Liked so far the overall dark theme but I think it still miss some features, i.e. the login page and the loading page flash a white&bright page, so it's kinda annoying the switch between light and dark page.
The idea is that if the login/loading pages detect that you are using dark theme on the browser or in the OS, then there is no such a light pages.

Automatic updates on Linux Debian
Hello, I use the desktop application on a Linux workstation (Linux Mint, Debian distribution) and almost every time I open an application, I am prompted to update it. This is a bit annoying because I have several applications of the same type. In the end, I can't be bothered to update them every time because it's a bit time-consuming... I've searched the internet, but I can't find an apt repository to perform updates automatically at the same time as my PC updates.
Is there currently a way to automatically update the various Proton applications, for example with APT Linux?

A videocall app comparable to MS Teams
No email ecosystem can nowadays exist without a videocall app.
Having to rely to external apps means setting up a calendar, copying the url etc.It would be easier to have a Proton videocall app.

An idea for an advanced Proton Drive ecosystem
Do you think this would already be a good new beginning? Since the ProtonMail and Proton Calendar apps are being recreated, Proton Drive should probably be next.
Proton Drive:
Obviously it should be a File Manager solely for data backup and restore, an advanced service.
Download and upload folders, automatically with synchronization or manually.
Have the various one-way synchronization options available, which are essential for backing up or restoring folders.
Be an advanced File Manager, both offline and online.
Manage and monitor the "special folders" of other services that are in Drive.
Proton Photos:
A Gallery-based application, designed for the…

Consider using Obtanium to support GrapheneOS and other Android derivatives
Consider using Obtanium to support GrapheneOS and other Android derivatives for the distribution of Android Apps.
I am a privacy focused Proton customer and I have recently switched to GrapheneOS. Obtanium is a small Android App that helps to track app updates across the web; ao. directly from Github. Please consider a rebranded Proton version of Obtanium, or some other affiliation. The payoff is twofold:
- As a Proton user I can install Android apps directly and track updates. Both good things.
- Affiliation would mean that a non Google Playstore gets some security backing. This would be great to…5 votes -
Proton Sheets - Undo via keyboard shortcut inconsistent
On Mac within safari, using cmd+Z to undo within Proton Sheets sometimes undoes the last action in sheets as it should, or it randomly switches to undoing within safari (reopening a closed tab).
unclear to me when it choses to do which, but it's very disorienting.

Proton sheets - backspace or change of a cell should not lose formatting + formula weirdness
I have a column of dates. If I change one, the formatting of the cell reverts to black text even though I changed it to white.
I also have a row of cells that are dark with white text. if I hit backspace on the cell (ie getting rid of the text) the cell loses its background colour.
I've tried recreating one of my google sheets in proton sheets, but I haven't managed to get very far. Having to continually reformat things is tedious. I knew that functionality would be basic initially, but this is a simple duration counter (for…

Proton Backup for Android/ios
It would be awesome to be able to not use google backup, to backup an android device. Proton backup could replace it, and it would be one step further to not rely on google having our android data to scan/etc...

Stop Lumo censorship.
Please stop treating people like they're stupid 2-year-old kids, stop censoring ideas. A censored chatbot is useless, and censorship in Luma is pretty high. Fix that please.

Shared calendar with notifications
It would be great if there were a shared calendar (e.g., "family") that notified all users of the calendar whenever somebody made a change, addition, or deletion. For example, if I added an appointment to the family calendar, all the other family members would be notified that I added something. Or if a family member changed an appointment, I would receive a notification that the appointment had been changed & by whom.

Let us use Proton as a login option on third-party websites (OAuth/SSO)
Right now, most websites let you sign in with Google, Facebook, GitHub, or Microsoft. Sure, it's convenient, but these companies literally track everything you do across the web.
I think Proton should offer something similar - a "Sign in with Proton" button that works like those other options, but actually respects our privacy. It would use standard OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, so any developer could easily integrate it.
Why this would be awesome:
No tracking or data mining from Big Tech companies
Fits perfectly with Proton's privacy mission
One secure account for multiple services (with our existing 2FA)
Gives…

Allow Proton Pass to autofill email 2FA codes sent to your Proton Mail account
It would be super helpful if proton pass (through anywhere where you can autofill with proton pass) could autofill email 2FA codes sent to your associated proton mail inbox, and then delete or archive the email after you’ve autofilled the code. Maybe it could autofill only the most recent email 2FA code, and only for 10 minutes after it has arrived, and then it only prompts you to autofill that code one time. It would identify and differentiate the code box the same way as it identifies and differentiates a password box from a username box from a email address…

New Login Detected Email Notification
Overview:
This feature would automatically send an email alert to the account owner whenever a new login is detected on their Proton account. The goal is to enhance account security by providing real-time awareness of potentially unauthorized access.📩 How It Works:
- Trigger Event:When someone logs into your Proton account from a new device, browser, or location that hasn't been previously recognized.
- Email Notification Includes:
- Date & Time of Login
- IP Address & Approximate Location
- Device Type & Browser Info
- Login Method (e.g., password, 2FA, recovery)
- Security Recommendations (e.g., “If this wasn’t you, change your password immediately.”)
- Optional…
