Support macOS Window Tiling Shortcuts
macOS 15 introduced native window tiling support which previously has not been possible without a third-party app.
Unfortunately it seems that many third party apps do not support this added feature. I am seeing it most commonly in apps built with Electron.Below are the shortcuts that I know of that should be supported. I have also linked a website that covers this a little more thoroughly.
Fn-Control-F: Fill the screen with the current window
Fn-Control-C: Center the current window
Fn-Control-Left Arrow: Snap the current window to the left
Fn-Control-Right Arrow: Snap the current window to the right
Fn-Control-Up Arrow:…4 votes -
Save OAuth provider
Add an option to store the OAuth/SSO provider used to login to another website.
An example: You sign up to uservoice with your Google account and would therefore save the website credentials as "login with Google account xyz"
This is useful for people like me that forget if I or with which SSO provider I have created an account on the website.
I think 1password has a similar feature.

Show password in large type
Please add a feature to display the password in large characters, each numbered, with the ability to copy individual characters from any index, just like 1Password's 'show password in large type' function.

Connection sans mot de passe
Ce serait bien si l on pouvait se connecter a Proton avec une Yubikey sans aucun mot de passe comme avec bitwarden ou google , une clé d acces ,passkey qui connecte et decrypte le coffre avec yubikey .

change item to another vault item
When you import items PP sets them on "other" items. I am really missing an option to change the item to e.g "login".
It would be fine if you import 5 items. But now I can't change my 250+ logins to login items, email or whatever. You really got to love PP if you are manually changing that : )4 votes -
Option to hide username/emailadress in overview
In the overview, you can also see the username or e-mail address under each title.
An option to hide them there would be very handy.
If a stranger were to look over your shoulder on the train, for example, he wouldn't even be able to see the email address.3 votes -

Only unlock one or more vaults in browser extension
Proton Pass isn't just a password manager. it should not retrieve and decrypt every vault/item with a single PIN Code especially in browser. I do not think my ssh keys or medical records vault will be helpful in browser extension.
Possible Solutions:
- Add the option to lock each vault with a second password (should be synced across clients)
- On login select which vaults to be available in this client. can't be changed without re-auth.
with one of these implemented I could for example have a vault for my shopping and only unlock it on my shopping browser/device for added privacy/security.

Close on X
When I hit the X button, the app should CLOSE not minimize. The number of times I have accidentally left the app open when I want to close it....this gives anyone who walks up to my PC access to my passwords.
Proton seem to go on the assumption that our PC's are secure. They need to go on the assumption that they are not. Applications should EXIT when told to do so.
It's fine to have minimize as an option, but it should not be the default.

2FA Recovery Code Slots for Pass
Here's how I envision this:
When a user is prompted to enter a recovery code, Proton Pass could autofill a random code saved in the slots—or when a user is in need of a recovery code, they could manually generate a random recovery code from any available slot and copy their code to their clipboard.
Users must manually enter their recovery codes in Proton Pass. An option to automatically remove a recovery code when used can be toggled, and will be enabled by default.
I personally think it'd be better than saving recovery codes in notes, and it allows more…

New item type "email account"
I am missing an item type to store the data of an email account such as the SMTP and IMAP server addresses, their ports, the handshake type, the passwords used etc.
This information is required whenever one needs to reinstall an email client. It would be faster if one could retrieve this Information from Proton Pass than having to google the provider's website to find out.3 votes -
Browser extension should "update existing" on email change
As far as I can tell, the browser extension only asks you if you would like to update an existing entry when the password for an entry is changed. It would be great if it exhibited the same behavior when an email is changed.
I've run into this use case a lot as I transfer my existing email records to my Proton address (or an alias).

Lock button in the extension
Please make manual locking (read: the moment when it is needed) possible also in the extension as in the webversion. In the extension, you have to click now several times before you can log out. I would appreciate it very much if there is a directly visible lock button (e.g. at the header of the extension, besides the donut).

Support for Android TV
I would like my streaming services password managed by my proton account on my Nvidia Shield, sign in automatically and share with relatives the streaming services passwords that we share between each us. Google signs us up automatically when login on an new ATV device, would like to depend less on google or even using ATV without a Google account thanks to this.
Yeah I know it can be sideloaded but UI would not be optimized for TV and would not be easy for my relatives to install

Option to hide password strength indicator
I’ll take flak for this, but I hate being shamed for pre-existing weak passwords that I imported. I’m very busy every day and the reality is I won’t be spending hours upon hours changing every unique weak password that Proton Pass says I have and given most of them are for useless logins it doesn’t really matter if it were breached. An option such as this could even be buried in the advanced settings.

Many missing features when coming from Dashlane
Please consider this as an all-in-one feature request about what the competition has to offer and you don't.
I am a long-time user of Dashlane and right now I'm evaluating ProtonPass.
ProtonPass Pros:
Integration with SimpleLogin/Mail aliases and Proton as a parent company. Stylish UI.ProtonPass Cons:
macOS AutoFill and Safari Passkeys work well in Dashlane but are absent in ProtonPass.TOTP auto fill works well in Dashlane, but in ProtonPass it's a buggy feature attempt. Many times it fails to show up, and when it does it's just a popup and requires you to paste (and guess that it's…

Authenticator: Implement a security question when deleting items in the Android app
It is too easy to delete an item by accident.
So I am missing the "are you really sure" question when deleting items in the Android app - as it is available e.g. in the Windows app.3 votes -
Move pinned items to the top of the autofill list
I have a bunch of identities in my vault. When I'm filling out a form, I'd like my pinned identity to show up first in the autofill menu (when you click the Proton icon in a form field.) Currently, I have to scroll through a bunch of identities I rarely use. It's also unclear how the identities in this menu are sorted. I would expect either alphabetically, or by recently used, but it seems to be neither of these.
