2. Alias

   Filter for Proton Pass entries where there is no Alias Assigned.
   I do realy love to have aliases for every login.
   But I am not able to filter for past created logins with no alias attached.

   Under "Show" in the App create Filter for "not assigned to alias"

3. Option to use PGP encryption on Note

   Would be great to have an option to hide the plain note that we stored - like encrypt it via PGP directly in ProtonPass, or provide an option to hide it like a password with asterisk replacing the whole note

4. Edit entries while selecting them for autofill

   Often, when selecting entries for autofill, I want to edit some information. With 1Password I can right there, while selecting something for autofill. It improves a lot quality of life.

6. Allow to drop any password manager database file into Proton Pass

   I have an offline password manager on my Android phone that isn't listed in the suggested password managers for the Proton Pass app for syncing the data.

   I am personally using Password Safe, but it could be good to implement the following idea for this and other password managers that aren't listed or may be used on other devices.

   I would like the option to copy the database file off of my phone (or other device) onto my computer, and then when asked to sync my password manager database, I can have the option to choose "upload existing database file" or something similar.

   That way I can just upload a file to Proton Pass without having to sync an existing account if I don't have one or don't want to link them. That way I wouldn't have to manually copy them over or wait until I go to login to something and read from one password manager to put it into my Proton Pass.

   I think it would also be good if there were an option for Proton Pass to read the database file and then allow the user to select "yes" or "no" on which credentials to sync, in case they don't want all of it to be uploaded - sort of like when you move photos in your phone's gallery app to another album.

   Additionally, if it could identify duplicates or possible discrepancies.

   Here's an example to clarify what I mean:

   There are credentials/details to log into a certain site or account that is currently saved to the user's Proton Pass account.

   When uploading the database file, it detects that the same email, phone number, username, etc. that is already in use with Proton Pass, so it notifies the user.

   The user can then choose if they want to keep the Proton Pass details, the database details, save both, merge them, skip them or whatever else.

   I imagine it working similarly to Microsoft Windows when the user attempts to copy a file to another folder and they are notified by a pop-up flagging the duplicate file and giving them options on how to proceed to avoid data loss or a mistake.

   Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestion. I know there's a lot involved in this, but I think it would be very useful and would greatly increase the value of the Proton Pass application and enhance its features and simplify password management. I hope that you will consider it please.

7. Alias Address That Is Numbers

   Hi,

   I would like if in addition to the current Alias email address format, there was the ability to create Alias email addresses that are just numbers like 57298.57283.63759.27348@passmail.com, something where it is long enough that it won't run out of addresses, where it is numbers so it looks nicer than an alphanumerical string, and seperated by periods to make it easier to read.

   The reason for this is because with the current Alias email address format, I find myself generating addresses trying to find a word that I like until I find one. If there was an option that’s just numbers, I would just pick the first address every time and not even think about it.

8. New Entry: Option to view new entry after creation

   Currently after creating a new entry it displays a banner at the bottom and then you have to go find the entry. If the banner included a link/button to tap to jump to that recently created entry that would be great.

9. Keychain with Yubikey

   Would like to store private or public keys for use in other applications similar to how OpenKeychain: Easy PGP works but with S/MIME certificate and key support. Would like to store S/MIME and GPG private keys on Yubikey, have public key stored in a Proton Pass keychain and then be able to send secure emails either with Proton Mail or 3rd party apps such as Thunderbird for Android without storing private keys on device.

10. [Android] Autofill randomly generated password when changing passwords

    From my limited experience, having just picked up Proton Pass, the PC version (chrome addon in this instance) has the option to autofill generated passwords when you're changing your existing passwords (or creating accounts).

    When this is attempted on android, it seems you have to open the app and manually generate a password, which is time consuming and inconvenient.

    This might just be me being new, and not being able to dig up info regarding this, but it seems to not exist / not work currently. I would love to use Proton Pass for everything, but this is a huge inconvenience that might make me swap to something else. Would love to hear other people's opinion / know-how on this.

16. Concealable fields on credit card entries

    Ability to add in custom concealable fields for entries, particularly credit cards for things like app pin numbers and other security codes. This could be implemented in a similar way to how card numbers are displayed usually where they are partially obfuscated.

17. KeePass .kdbx Import

    Allow Proton Pass import from kdbx instead of just XML. The protocol is open and it allows to transfer the attachments and maybe also the OTP.
    A migration from KDBX to Proton Pass means in my case for example to check more than 700 entries and to update them manually.

19. In Password use different colors for special characters, numbers, alphabetic characters.

    Bitwarden has a very nice feature that shows special characters, numbers, and alphanumeric characters with different colours. This is great since allow the user to spot the correct characters quite easily.

    Bitwarden uses the following convention:
    * Alphabetic characters = white
    * Numbers = magenta
    * Special Characters = Red
