Integrate presentation features of Boom
There's an app called boom that adds a ton of great functionality to video calls. I'm not sure if an integration is possible due to the privacy nature of Proton, but if possible it would be seriously awesome. Worst case, if integration isn't possible, there are some really awesome ideas you could incorporate into future versions of Proton meet.

Please change the link "create [meeting] in Proton Calendar"
At the moment I will be directed to my browser and be required to sign in.
Instead I do have the Mail app installed (windows). So it would be nice to be directed to the app and not the browser.2 votes -

Change recording system method and pricing
With regards to the recording feature... I don't feel it makes sense that recording a meeting is currently limited to paid tiers (I am a paid teir user for the record) given that it works completely locally.
Surely a better way to do this would be to allow recording locally (up to say 30 minutes) but then limit recording to longer periods to the paid tiers?
While also introducing cloud recording (direct to proton drive)? For unlimited timeframes for paying customers...

A way to send a private message during discussion
Adding the possibility of sending a " private" message to only one of the participants of a discussion (chat) would be very useful.

Need 90-120 minute meetings on free/lower cost tier for low numbers of participants
The 60 minute free tier is not sufficient, but the cost of the next tier is unreasonable for light use.
Could we get a plan (as an add-on to paid bundles (Duo/Family/etc) that allow for longer meeting times (90-120 minutes, perhaps capping the number of participants to only 2-5 people?)
Even $1/month or free add -on or current paid subscribers to other proton bundles would be a game changer.1 vote -
Chatroom with optional call
Option to enable a room to have a permanent chat history (not ephemeral), so as to use Proton Meet more like Teams without having to enter in a call.

Would it be possible for you to offer a BAA agreement so that we can meet HIPAA compliance for Telehealth clients?
It would be great to use Proton Meet professionally as I already use Proton Mail. I offer Telehealth psychotherapy and would need to have a Business Associate Agreement to comply with HIPAA regulations. Does Proton offer a BAA?

Integrate an AI notetaker
An integration with AI note-taking tools would be extremely useful.
Alternatively, a guideline/how-to on the integration of an existing AI note taker.
Integration with Proton drive should be easy. If the AI note taker stores the files locally, then that is already provided using synchonized folders/files.

NGO free Proton Meet advanced features
As a volunteer for multiple grassroots community it is essential to us to have free access to such qualitative and safe tools (specially in an era where humanitarians are under attack), please consider creating free access to at least registered grassroots communities.

Multiple Language Simultaneous Live Interpreting
As part of a network called Language for Justice we aim to bring decolonial language accessibility online and currently the only qualitative platform with this feature is Zoom. It would be great to be able to have possibility to invite multiple interpreters for different languages (not only from EU by the way). Great feature for Interpreters would be also interpreters being able to switch and listen to each other without interrupting each other (they usually work in pairs) and also the host and co-hosts being able to manage the settings to be of best support. Can you make a Light Version for Proton Unlimited User?
I have sometimes Meetings with Family and it is often longer than 1 Hour but at most 2 Hours. Can you please ad an option for Unlimited Users to have this feature. It feels Cheap, when you have already an Subscription, but there is no added Value in it with new Products. I understand the costs with for example Lumo, but here it feels just not right.

Make it easier to exit/end meeting with dedicated buttons (no confirmation)
It takes too many clicks to leave or end a meeting, which always makes the last seconds of a call awkward - perhaps a dedicated "Leave" and a dedicated "End meeting for all" button would be nice, and then only have the confirmation popup on "End meeting for all".
