  3. Please improve the background blur functionality and allow custom backgrounds

    Please can the quality of the background removal be improved?

    Also will you allow custom backgrounds to be added in future, like Microsoft Teams and Zoom does?

  5. Allow selection of window for screen share through Desktop Proton Meet app

    The web app permits selection of a particular window for screen sharing, but the desktop app on Windows does not and instead shares the entire screen.

    Many online meetings involve splitting larger groups into subgroups - either defined up front/ad hoc or even random - preferrably with a facilitator backchannel and tools to view who is where. Return to plenary can be based upon timer or facilitator decision.

  7. Add the possibilty to add a meeting to the calendar Proton calendar

    Given the user has created a meet
    When user want to add the meeting to his/her calendar
    Then the possibility to add to the proton calendar App

    Now only possible to phone calendar en google calendar

  8. Lumo Meeting Note Taking

    Coming from the Teams world, it would be great if Lumo could generate a transcript of the meeting and key takeaways and other notes. It could then potentially send the summary to the organizer for follow up.

  9. Please add a "ask to unmute" function for meeting hosts

    Please can you add functionality that would allow a host of a meeting to ask participants to unmute/mute their microphones (as services such as Zoom and Teams have) as this can be useful for larger meetings

  10. Please add live captions feature

    Even if the live captions are autogenerated, this would help to provide accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing users. This would also benefit individuals and businesses with international clients, where English or another language that is being spoken on the call, is not their native language.

  11. Please make Proton Meet available in F-Droid

    Unlike Proton Authenticator, Pass, VPN, and Lumo apps, which are available in F‑Droid, it’s sad that Proton Meet is still unavailable there. I really miss this app to have all Proton apps from F‑Droid.

  14. Please allow for the setup of custom advance booking rules in booking pages

    With regards to the appointment booking pages system, could you please add the funcitonality whereby I can set a custom advanced booking block time...

    For example I would really like to be able to setup a booking page so that clients cant book appointments with less than 12 hours notice (or any other custom time) as the current range of either 2 hours or 48 hours seems to not work very well for me...

    2 hours is too short notice but 48 hours and next day don't work very well for me either

  15. Allow computer audio to be shared without sharing screen

    I would like to be able to share my computer audio without sharing my screen.

    My camera video should still be shared.

    This is critical functionality for those of us who use video calls to facilitate online workshops. Often, practices such as guided meditations require the use of accompanying music, and it would be distracting to participants if I shared my music app screen with them.

    I currently use this functionality on Zoom, and I cannot switch to Proton Meet until this functionality is in place.

    I know of other facilitators who have the same requirements for their events.

  16. Please allow booking page setup to include automatic reminder emails

    Can you please edit the Booking page system to allow for the setting up of automatic reminder emails...

    For example I could setup one booking page so that they get a reminder email the morning of the appointment and the day before...

    And another booking page would only have reminder emails being sent an hour before the event... Or the day before the event, etc...

  17. Can you make a Light Version for Proton Unlimited User?

    I have sometimes Meetings with Family and it is often longer than 1 Hour but at most 2 Hours. Can you please ad an option for Unlimited Users to have this feature. It feels Cheap, when you have already an Subscription, but there is no added Value in it with new Products. I understand the costs with for example Lumo, but here it feels just not right.
