    And don't display "Nothing today" or like message which also wastes screen space. If nothing is listed for today I can probably figure out that nothing is scheduled for today! 🙄

    Yes! There are 2 annoying "features" of the widget - lack of transparency is one of them! C'mon Proton, this is a small code change ...

    The widget takes a lot away from the desktop background on Android devices ...

    Seriously needed. A feature I use daily. Should also integrate with the device's Do Not Disturb feature when set to busy to avoid interruptions. Google calendar has been doing this for a very long time on Android devices.
