Like in other comments, the active block of invitations from aliases preventing me from using Proton Calendar. Currently still on Google Calendar, so for every invite I have to download the ics file and manually import it in Google. This applies to all invitations, my company protonmail address is not very professional so all communications are via simplelogin aliases

Agree with one possible refinement: when in an email conversation with multiple emails and replies going back and forth the whole previous conversation is included. It would be helpful to (optionally?) only include the last reply.
This would also solve another issue: currently, when opening the previous replies to an email the whole tree is expanded, which can be extremely long.

"Your email address is not in the original participants list", therefore it's not added to my proton calendar. So I end up exporting the ics file and manually importing it again (in Google calendar since proton does not seem to have an import option for ics files).

When I am looking at emails in a specific folder by having clicked on that folder in the folder menu, why is that folder not listed as one of the defaults for search? I understand I can search directly in a folder without going to it first, but my usual path is going to a folder first to retrieve an email, realising that I need search to find it, then having to browse to that folder again in search. It's a monor irration but it grates each and every time
