    Exactly. Also do this for android apps. It is rather annoying that I get a popup every time I open certain apps that only require 4 letter passwords/pins. And some passwords like a 2FA authenticator app password I'd rather not store in the same password manager as the password.

    I would love it if there were multiple options for folder syncing:

    1. Sync folder with a folder in your drive (accessible by other devices too)
    2. Sync folder with other devices but do not show in your main drive overview
    3. Sync folder for backup (no access on other devices, we only have this now I believe)

    I especially need 1 or 2 to sync files between my laptop (windows) and phone (android). I need them available in a local folder because I want to use those files in apps like Obsidian

    Exactly the same need as a lot of commenters. I would love to be able to sync a local folder on my laptop with a local folder on my phone. First use case is a notes app, in my case Obsidian. But I can think of way more usecases
