If this is on the table and the team needs some inspiration, check out Appflowy. I think Standard Notes should continue to focus on notes, like Notesnook with better UI/UX and architecture, but it should integrate well with the existing Proton suite.

I'd love to see integration between the Proton suite and Standard Notes, with Standard Notes adopting the new collaborative editing features from Drive.
My dream Proton Notes (Standard Notes Redux) would have a clean Proton-consistent UI/UX; full integration with Proton Mail, Drive, and Calendar; a web clipper; notes (think Notesnook or current Standard Notes); voice notes; realtime collaborative editing; and granular permissions.
This could be built on a backend that would potentially be able to support other apps and database-like features such as a task manager (think Appflowy, Baserow, Anytype).
