Partially rolled out, as per: https://proton.me/support/pass-offline-access
As per the Spring/Summer Roadmap this will extend out to the Pass Extension: https://proton.me/blog/pass-roadmap-spring-summer-2026

As per the Spring/Summer Roadmap, this is being developed: https://proton.me/blog/pass-roadmap-spring-summer-2026
Folders will be a significant building block for Proton Pass that will go beyond just helping you organize your items. Introducing folders will require some rethinking of our cryptography model, which we’re currently working on. Eventually, you’ll also be able to share folders and subfolders just like your vaults and individual items, giving you another flexible way to share access.
Folders will be available in the coming months. As well as creating vaults, you’ll be able to create dedicated folders and subfolders to organize crucial information for quick retrieval: you can organize by project, by team, by year, or whatever else you need.

Definitely need this for me to contemplate leaving Bitwarden. So keep the Vaults, but have them as a drop down list to select from (rather than down the side). Then underneath where Vaults are now we would have folders instead. Do one better than Bitwarden in fact and allow a three level deep folder structure as you do with ProtonMail.
And finally allow decent filtering so we can pick the Vaults we want displayed in the list, rather than an all or nothing situation like we have now.
Further to his, ensure the importing taks get improved to support this new paradigm. Allow users to pick where imported data goes in a more granular way for example.

Maybe have the aliases in a separate part of the UI, but when you create a login that links to an alias, then on the Proton Pass card for that login there should be something that shows the corresponding alias, along with a link to go open it and see the attached contacts etc from Simplelogin. Then a nice disable button next to the alias name that clearly indicates is alias is live or not. No longer need to put things in the bin :)
