An error occurred while saving the comment Please add the ability to require mobile device approval before accessing secrets in Proton Pass on Windows or via browser plugins. This would add an extra security layer against malware, since accessing secrets would require physical possession of a second device.
For example, I'd like to configure that accessing credit cards or 2FA codes in Windows Proton Pass requires approval via push notification in the iOS/Android Proton Pass app. Since mobile OS's are generally more secure than Windows, this would significantly enhance security for sensitive data.
The feature could be implemented through simple rules like:
"When accessing [some or all secret types] from [device X], require approval notification in mobile Proton Pass app."
This leverages Proton's existing mobile apps and would provide true multi-factor authentication using physical device possession. -

We use Proton Business for our company, and we are very happy with how Proton continues to evolve with new features. Keep up the great work!
There is, however, one feature we would very much like to see.
We would like to be able to specify a dedicated billing email address, separate from the administrator account.
Ideally, Proton should:
1. Allow specifying a dedicated billing email address for invoices.
2. Send the PDF invoice as an attachment to billing emails.
This is important for modern accounting workflows, where invoices are automatically received and processed by bookkeeping or ERP systems.
Today, having to log in to each individual supplier's portal to manually download invoices is both time-consuming and inefficient. Every supplier has a different interface and process, which creates unnecessary administrative overhead and consumes valuable human resources.
For professional B2B SaaS providers, it is generally considered standard practice to let customers choose where invoices should be delivered. Many companies use dedicated accounting addresses such as `invoice@company.com`, ensuring that invoices are received, archived, and processed automatically without depending on a specific employee's mailbox.
Supporting this workflow would make Proton Business even more attractive for business customers and align it with common B2B expectations.
