    If Marlon is referring to message replies, I second this request. My new messages in a "conversation" go all the way to the bottom, not the top of the thread. This is a bit unorthodox and has caused me to miss critical medical update messages several times. This should be configurable, at a minimum. Thanks for your consideration.
