    This is still a huge issue. I'd expect to have all apps use the same UI libraries, as mail, the authenticator and vpn have no issues in running landscape, but calendar still forces you into portrait, which is terrible on tablets.

    Due to this my wife still uses the google calendar as shared calendar and we would love to switch to Proton for this, as we paid a duo subscription to test it. Without landscape, I doubt we'll extend it.

    Edit: I found rotation control (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.crape.rotationcontrol) for android to force the app in landscape and I have to say it's working. Why did you fix the orientation in the app to portrait?
