Proton is a European company. At least make the default date format European, with other options available, as they are in any decent software. I find the US format ambiguous, eg 2026/5/4 and 2026/4/5 are very easy to get mixed up.
The US format looks rubbish too in emails, just like being in Windows 3.1 before they added full regionalisation in W95. That was over thirty years ago...

On a related note, in the iOS app if I have unread emails in the Inbox I get a number at the corner of the app icon, as expected.
However, I have filters set up and if an email comes in to a folder that the filter sends it to, there is no indication at the app icon.
Yes, I know I can open the app and see a number beside the folder itself (once expanded) but it would be helpful to see the number of unread emails regardless of their location, shown beside the app's icon.

This is increasingly necessary in today's world.
When I get a notification that one of my emails/passwords has been found in a data breach, it is essential that I am able to find that password in my records and (hopefully) reassure myself that it was one that I changed on 23-4-2024 for such and such a company, rather than having to trawl through all my current passwords and eyeballing each one.
If I don't find the breached password that suggests it isn't current but it's a tedious process to do, and not as certain as knowing that it is no longer used.

This is a great idea. May I add disabling the download option and enabling 'no screenshots' if that's possible?
That wouldn't stop someone writing down the information manually or taking a photo of the screen but it would protect your data to some extent from being disseminated either maliciously or accidentally, eg the person to whom you have given access may prefer things on paper so might download all your security info and print it out.

Excited by the feature of being able to create up to 15 additional addresses (these are additional addresses, not aliases) I created several extra addresses for different purposes eg online purchases, subscriptions, banking, friends etc.
I now want to adjust my naming policy and want to delete some, so I went to delete them only to find that I'm only 'allowed' to delete one per year. WHAT? I'm paying for this service as an Unlimited user and this is severely limiting.
If there had been a warning about this when I created the email addresses I may have been more cautious before creating them. It is so easy to create them so not unreasonably I assumed it would be similarly easy to change or delete them. Not so.
Further, why as a paying user can't I delete email addresses as I wish? Perhaps some people might use a free email for spamming but I've paid a LOT of money for Unlimited and Proton has my payment details so I am traceable so any email address used inappropriately would be traceable back to me. Not that I would be doing that, I simply want to refine my email address strategy.
