I support adding place search and address autocomplete
to the Location field in Proton Calendar. When typing the name of a business, building, or venue,
I would like to select the correct place from search
results, with its full address and precise map location,
rather than entering plain text. Please offer optional integration with Google Maps,
Apple Maps, or a privacy-friendly location provider.
It should also be possible to paste a location link
from Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze and save the
corresponding destination, where technically supported. Please support Brazilian addresses and place names,
including accents, and let users confirm the selected
location before saving it.The feature should work on the web, iPhone, and Android.
Keep manual entry available, make external searches
optional, and explain what data is shared with the
selected provider.I support adding place search and address autocomplete

Please prioritize true two-way integration with
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook/365.I want to use Proton Calendar as my main calendar app
while keeping my existing Google and Microsoft
calendars connected. When I create, edit, reschedule, or delete an event
in one of those calendars through Proton, the change
should be saved to the original Google or Microsoft
calendar. Changes made directly in those services
should also appear in Proton.Read-only subscriptions and one-time ICS imports
do not meet this need. Please support recurring events, shared calendars,
and invitations, while respecting the permissions
granted by each account. The integration should be optional, with a clear
distinction between private Proton calendars and
calendars connected to external providers.

Please make event locations directly actionable
in Proton Calendar.
After saving an event, I want to tap its location
and open the correct destination in Google Maps,
Apple Maps, Waze, or another supported navigation app.
Please provide an "Open in maps" or "Get directions"
action, with the option to choose an app each time
or remember a preferred app within Proton Calendar.
When available, use the selected place's precise
coordinates or location identifier, not just a search
for its name, to avoid opening the wrong branch
or a different place with a similar name.
This should complement location search and autocomplete
when creating or editing events.
Opening an external map should be an explicit user
action. Only the destination information needed for
navigation should be shared, not the event title,
notes, attendees, or the rest of my calendar. Please make event locations directly actionable
