    I too use LineageOS without GAPPS. It is really important that the dependency for Google Play Services is removed. The app does work without only the push notifications are not working then.
    I could live with some configurable polling (5, 15, 60, ... minutes)

    Also i would really really like that you provide the .apk on your site. I have now downloaded it from some site but that is not a recommended way security wise.
