Preserve the entire message body; ability to view text/plain or text/html by default
Currently Proton Mail strips the text/plain content from the body of a mixed content email (e.g. email with both text/plain and text/html). Proton Mail should preserve the entire message body intact. Besides the uneasy feeling I get knowing that email messages are parsed and stripped of content, stripping the
text/plainpart forces us to view the HTML version of an email which is undesirable from a security/privacy standpoint, not to mention my general distaste for HTML in email. Schedule recurring/repeating events by the 'third Wednesday of the month' or 'last day of month'
Sometimes I need to schedule something based on the day of the week and the number of weeks in the month. In other words, if I have something that occurs on the "third Wednesday of every month," I can't schedule it to happen monthly since the number of weeks in a month varies. There is currently no option for this, and I've had to resort to manually calendaring these events individually.

Allow for syncing Proton Calendar with Thunderbird, which is the client I use for PM emails on my iMac.
Proton calendar currently does not have support for 3rd party apps, such as Thunderbird. I use Thunderbird with all of my PM email addresses and do not want to have another app open it is convenient from my personal and freelance work emails to be all in one place.

Don't wait to display own calender while loading external calendars on Android
When opening the Android calendar app, external calendars take a long time to load. The Proton calendar isn't displayed during loading; you only see the loading icon.
It would be nice if the Proton calendar were visible immediately and the external .ics calendars were loaded later without blocking the user interface.It would be even better if external events were cached locally for a quick overview, and then synchronized in the background.

Pull Lists of Event Series
It would be so nice to be able to pull a list of all the vents in a series so see in list form the past and future instances of the events in that series. Maybe click on one and have a "see all events in this series" link or similar?

Let the user set scheduled send presets
Right now, when you schedule an email to be sent. The defaults are the next day at 8am or Monday at 8am.
I'd like to be able to, at least, set the 2 defaults in my preferences.For example, I like to schedule emails for just before the end of the work day and have to do this manually every time.

More flexible themes for web mail
We need more flexibility with themes in the web version of the mail (tbh in desktop apps i would like to have this ability also: at least to use web theme inside the app without settings for it). Look at the attached image — I really like how one of the services lets you choose a theme and also set accent colors.
Currently, we can change the mailbox color scheme or select ready-made themes, but it would be great to also apply custom colors to these themes. Sometimes it’s fun to have a Christmas or Halloween theme. Ideally, there could…

Mail notification only for certain categories
It should be possible to send email notifications not only for all incoming emails, but also only for specific emails. For this purpose, you could select the categories for which you do not want notification. This made it possible to hide newsletters, for example.
I know that you can use a filter to move such emails to a folder and bypass the notification, but then they are no longer in the inbox and we don't notice.

Richer more detailed mobile notifications for calendar
Detail in mobile notifications like location, end time, and who's calendar event it is via there email.
And changing the notification time it was recieved to the time the event is happening.
Also add icon options to events similar to proton pass groups.See example image below, comparing outlook to proton for my uni classes:

Ability to make extra (multiple) inboxes
I have business plan, I have my private email and 2 domains I have installed via ProtonMail. To my shock it is not possible to have multiple inboxes..differentiated at least for my domains…. Now everything lands in 1 inbox..! I want to come over to you but you don’t make it easy!

Allow selection not save in sent messages with SMTP token
When you have example network printer/scanner and you are using you email as a sending account using SMTP token, allow make selection that sent email is not saved to users sent items. When I scan a document and send to myself using email that is a duplicate on my mail account.

Let LLM (proton scribe) summarize and pick out the most important emails from a single day
We all get lots of emails, and sometimes it's easy to miss the most important emails. So the suggestion is that you should be able to write a prompt that the LLM can follow, and then it should be able to wade through all emails for a given time range, and then point out which emails are MUST READS based on the prompt or otherwise give some sane summary of the emails that were received during that period.

I am using the MacOS client and WEB client and it would be nice to have an Indent capability to improve message formatting. Currently there are only bullets/numbers and alignment options.

Add "select all messages" option in a keyword filtered research in inbox
Hi
It is not possible to select all the messages after a keyword filtered research in root inbox.
For example:
I cannot delete all the messages containing the text "linkedin" because i can only select messages page per page and not all of them at once.

When a group is selected, it should pull up all members of that group, not just those with email addresses
I have requested multiple times that you actually have a full fledged contact app rather than the contact setup that you currently have. Until that happens, I am trying to live with the contact software embedded in the mail app. I noticed adding names to groups is only helpful if there is an email address for the contact. I have setup a set of contractors for the location of my vacation home, and I do not have email addresses for all of the contacts. Then when I call up the group, only those contacts show up that have email addresses.…
