Having Open Dyslexic as the only monospaced font is pretty much useless. Can’t read it.

Calendar view is not optimal
The best option for a clear calendar view is missing. The ideal view would be a 3-week view—with the first week always in the first row. Only then do you get a good (3-week) monthly overview: the days are larger, wider, and easier to read, and there’s more text in the header. Anyone who wants to switch to the daily or weekly view can still do so as before. Bug or Feature? - IOS calendar app defaults calendar entries to :15 or :45 rather than :00 or :30 minute segments, requiring manual adjust
In my IOS Proton calendar app, when i go to create a new calendar entry, routinely, proton 'sets' the time on the quarter or three quarter hour, instead of on the hour or at the half. I'm not clear why this happens, as i'm 'clicking' the center of an hour block, but the new calendar entry comes up as 15 or 45, forcing me to scroll to the 00 or 30 depending on need. Not sure if this is a feature that's overly sensitive to finger placement, or a defect creating extra work. I rarely book anything on 15 or…

Soft wrap in email composer
It's 2026 and Proton Mail still doesn't have a simple text wrap or line-width setting in the web composer. I'm writing on a large monitor, and when I compose emails, the text stretches across my entire screen. It's hard to read and makes editing paragraphs frustrating.
This is not an advanced feature request. Line wrapping or the ability to constrain the compose area width is fundamental functionality that should exist in literally any email client. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail — all of them handle this without complaint.

Display cached calendar immediately (no modal loading spinner)
When opening Proton Calendar on Android, please show the locally cached calendar right away instead of displaying a blocking modal loading spinner for 20–40 seconds while syncing.
The majority of events are already in the local cache. Syncing should happen silently in the background without preventing users from viewing and editing the calendar immediately.Expected behavior:
Instant display of cached data on app launch
Non-blocking background sync
Subtle “Syncing…” indicator if neededThis would make the app feel much faster and more responsive, especially when offline or on slower connections.

allow to disable alias OR unsubscribe to mailingliste
this is regarding the proton mail client:
currently, when i receive a newsletter to a simplelogin alias, i only have the option to disable this alias. when i receive a newsletter to my main address, i have the option to unsubscribe.
there is situations when i only want to unsubscribe to a newsletter, but keep the alias. f.ex. when i have a login associated to it.
please give us the option to
1) disable the alias

Add a confirmation dialog for deleting folders, plus Undo
I intended to delete a subfolder, and would swear in a court of law that is the choice I made in the UI.
However, the parent folder and all its subfolders were deleted thereby wrecking my entire mail management system (macros, etc.). It will take me many hours to rebuild this, and many of the de-foldered mails were action items.
There should also be the option to Undo the deletion, given the catastrophe described above.

Allow undo on draft email closed via escape key
I not infrequently accidentally close an open draft email by hitting the ESCAPE key (Windows). I LIKE the ability to close emails using ESCAPE, it's frequently helpful, but when I accidentally do it it's a real nuisance to have to manually go to the drafts folder, find the email I was working on, and bring it back open. Instead, like when an email is sent I'd like an "Undo" action to appear that would re-open the email I was working on. Or even providing a keyboard shortcut for this action would be enough. Thank you.

Allow more than three draft emails to be open
I often hit the limit of 3 open draft emails in Proton Mail. This is really annoying. You're working on different emails and a new email comes in, you need to respond, and you can't! Until you close one of your existing open drafts. This is horrible UI, horrible usability. We need to be able to edit at least 5 at once (preferably no limit at all).
Thanks for all that you've already done to make Proton Mail pretty good, it's appreciated.

PROTON CALENDAR n'est visible qu'à la verticale, ce qui est peu pratique et loin d'être optimal sur une tablette. On devrait avoir le choix: portrait ou paysage.

”Send a Copy” (Alternative to Forwarding)
Proton Mail could benefit from a "Send a Copy" feature similar to Fastmail's option. Instead of forwarding and creating a new sender, it would send a copy that preserves the original message's metadata.
Use Cases:
Archiving to a secondary account (e.g., separate Proton address)
Professional delegation without losing the original sender

Option to Add Email to Existing Contact
I’m finally on browser exploring Contacts that’s only accessible on browser apparently (boo hiss!) Awhile back I was to be able to add or edit contacts within the iOS app. Please restore this! ^_^
Sorry, but onto my improvement suggestion! Please give us the option to ‘add email to existing contact’! When I tap to add an email address within an email, it only gives me the options to ‘add new contact’ or ‘copy.’ This addition would save a few extra steps to add or update contact details. Pls and thnx for your consideration! ^_^

Integrate alias contacts with mail contacts app
I use mail alias a lot. I have a unique address for almost all my services. I like this feature a lot, but it's annoying that every time I create a new alias, with a new contact asociate with it, I have to copy the address proton pass or simplelogin create and put it into the address box.
I think it's a way better to INTEGRATE contacts from ALIAS into the contacts section of the mail, just to select that contact (the one attached to the alias) just as normal contact. In fact, the better way to make alias really…2 votes -

Feature request: always show each link's real destination URL.
Please display the actual destination of every link directly at the link (e.g. above or beside the link text), not only on hover or long-press, and visually flag the destination in red when the destination's host does not match the hostname named in the visible link text.
Generic call-to-action text names no hostname, so there is simply nothing to mismatch there; the value is that the real destination is still shown in plain sight.

Contact Folders (separate from Groups)
Currently, Proton Mail allows creating Contact Groups, but these work like mailing lists: selecting the group sends an email to all members at once. That's useful for mass messaging, but it doesn't solve the need to simply organize contacts into categories.
Proposal:
Add the ability to create Contact Folders, where each contact inside the folder remains completely independent (selecting the folder does NOT send an email to everyone in it, it's purely for visual organization and easier searching)
Example use cases:
Family: Mom, Brother, Wife
University: University support, Classmates, Professors

Move the Undo Dialogue Box
When you archive or delete an email, or do anything really, a small yellow dialogue box appears at the bottom of the list of emails to offer you the option to Undo the action. This dialogue box floats atop the subject line of the bottom most email in the list. So if you are trying to manage about 1-page of emails in your inbox, that box stops you in your tracks until you either manually exit it, or wait out its timer to fade away.

Multiple adresses and Gmail
BM Silvia has summarized well what I would like: I would like to be able to connect with a sub-account Protonmail that would be only dedicated to the emails of my Gmail box. Currently, creating a Protonmail sub-account is useless since by connecting with the sub-account, we view the emails of the default parent account.
Example : "arthur.martin@proton.me" is my default Protonmail account.
I would like to create a new sub-account "arthur.martin.GMAIL@proton.me" to see only my Gmail import emails (and NOT "arthur.martin@proton.me" emails).2 votes -
