Proton Mail Android: Clear collective notifications upon clicking on one notification
Hello! When receiving a bundle of ProtonMail notifications and upon clicking on this or one notification, the bundled notification does not vanish. I constantly have to manually swipe the rest of the notifications away from the notification bar under Android.
Proposal: Upon clicking at an email notification in the notification bar, please make all other email notifications automatically disappear. Usually, I am reading through all other mails in the Proton Mail app anyway. At least, please offer an appropriate option in the app or notification settings. Thanks!

If I send a email to myself, only one letter will appear in the inbox (and thread)
… not two, as is currently the case.

Remote Ordering Feature Request
Remote ordering can greatly enhance user convenience by allowing tasks and requests to be completed from anywhere without needing direct access to a system or device. Adding a secure remote ordering option would streamline workflows, reduce manual steps, and make it easier for users to manage tasks on the go. It would be a valuable addition for anyone looking to boost efficiency and flexibility.

Clock In Clock Out App – A Must-Have for Smarter Workforce Tracking
Managing time shouldn’t feel like another full-time job. A dedicated Clock In Clock Out app could bring simple, secure, and accurate time tracking right to Proton’s trusted ecosystem. Imagine employees clocking in securely with a tap, managers viewing real-time hours, and everyone benefiting from effortless, privacy-focused reporting. If you’d love to see a tool like this integrated into Proton’s suite, let’s start the conversation!

Make the blue compose button for the Proton Mail PWA app less bright in the dark theme
Currently, using the app in the dark is quite comfortable, except for that button with the color
#0076FF, which is blinding, leaving an imprint on the retina.1 vote -
UI - Button title for connected services table is unclear
In Proton Mail, in Settings > Security and privacy > Third-party apps and services
The table listing services just says "Connect" if the service is not connected under "Connection status". I find this confusing. I would rather it more directly said "Not connected".
Since this deals with security settings for accounts, I think it's incredibly important that this UI element is ambiguous and easily understood at a glance. The current button title also doesn't match the column title. The column title says "Connection status" but then the button says "Connect". Please make this more explicit for when people are quickly…

Event Types - Tasks
Would love an event type for Tasks like Google has. This would be something that would send a reminder, but roll over day to day until marked completed.

Preview Excel files in Proton Mail Desktop
Excel attachments must be downloaded to be viewed in Proton Mail Desktop. It appears as though Word attachments can be previewed, so it would be very useful to have this functionality also.

Fix issue with event notifications showing the time as one hour too early
All of the notifications I now receive from Proton Calendar are an hour early. The event in the calendar shows the correct time, but the notifications come an hour early and show the event time as an hour early.

1x1 iOS widget for today’s date/weekday
The Apple Calendar app icon features today’s date and day of the week. Of course, Proton Calendar‘s app icon cannot change dynamically, but a 1x1 widget delivering this functionality would be great.

Get rid of "Proton Mail needs your permission to enable desktop notifications" banner.
I know this, and if I wanted proton to have permission, I would give it. Why does Proton feel the need to put this in a banner on a paid service? Does proton think it's users are dumb? It is just unnecessary and feels cheap. Also, let's say I enable notifications on my home PC, what if I'm just signing in from a different computer at a friends, work, or school? You gunna prompt me this garbage whenever I sign in? Really annoying.

Allow UI zoom for desktop application
As a user, I want to be able to zoom into and out of the reading pane, so I can more easily see the text of my emails.
Rationale: Presently, the application seems to default to desktop resolution but the UI and text are very small and I cannot increase them. Being older and having poor eyesight, this makes it very difficult to use the desktop application. In contrast, using the webmail interface, you can easily increase the zoom as needed to make things readable.

Global busy calendar link
Proton Calendar already allows you to mark many calendars as contributing their events to the user's busy time. Unfortunately, this is only visible within the Proton organization and there is no easy way to show people outside of proton whether you are busy or not.
Proton Calendar should add an ICS link that can be shared in order for others to subscribe to your availability. The busy link can be passed on to colleagues or appointment software such as cal.com. The ICS file combines busy times from ALL calendars that the user has marked as showing themselves as busy.

Attached Photo's - files size shrinking option before sending
With my old Blackberry email client on android- which I still use - I can upload photo's and then it will give to option to shrink the file size to medium or small in order to prevent large photos to be send. This prevents going over the 25Mb file limit per e-mail and also doesn't make your storage capacity fill up unnecessarily quick.
I really miss this in many e-mail clients. Would save so much work

Ability to Easily Copy or Export Entire Conversation Threads
Hello Proton Team and community,
I’d like to request an improved way to copy or export the full conversation history of an email thread.
Current Issue
Even though Proton Mail displays all related emails in a single conversation column, it’s currently not possible to copy the entire conversation at once. Each message has to be opened and copied manually, or users have to inspect and extract the content through HTML/JS workarounds, which is far from ideal.
Why This Is Problematic
This limitation becomes a real obstacle in several situations, for example:
When trying to provide the full context of an…1 vote -
Show raw, unmodified email source in both web and apps
Currently Protonmail does not display original, unmodified message headers and source in neither web or native clients.
Only the web client currently provides just modified "raw" headers, which is unusable for proper debugging and for making forensic copies. The SMTP bridge is even worse, it just shuffles all the headers around.

Hi! I would love to connect my Proton Calendar into Calendy, so I could schedule calls directly into my Calendar, and block busy times. Cheers!

Reply in message
Reply in the message
Currently, ProtonMail systematically requires me to reply separately from the original message.
I would like to be able to choose to reply in the message so that I can quote the paragraphs to which I am responding. At present, when the email contains numerous questions, I am forced to copy and paste or send several emails for each part, which is cumbersome and disruptive.
