Standardise booking page weeks to start on Monday and auto-scroll to the first available week
Currently, booking pages align weeks to the current day (e.g., starting on Thursday if viewed on Thursday). This conflicts with standard regional expectations (Monday starts) and creates confusion, especially when the current week has no availability.
Requirements:
- Week Start: Force all weeks on the guest page to start on Monday, regardless of the current day.
- Default View: Automatically scroll to and highlight the first week containing available slots. If the current week is fully booked, skip it and show the next available week immediately.

Forward email as an email attachment (eml file incl. email headers)
Currently, Proton Mail allows to forward emails only as inclide cite (without - correct - formatting, and without email headers).
Please add the possibility to forward emails as an email attachment (email incl. email headers as an .eml file attachment) as well.

the ability to set recurring events based on a specific number of days
Hello Proton Team,
I am writing to request a new feature for Proton Calendar: the ability to set recurring events based on a specific number of days (e.g., "Every 28 days") rather than just "Monthly" or specific calendar dates.
Why this is important: Many users rely on calendars to track health cycles, such as menstruation, which often follow a fixed day count (e.g., 28, 29, or 30 days) rather than a calendar month. Currently, the "Monthly" recurrence option causes the event date to drift over time because months vary in length (28–31 days). This makes the calendar inaccurate for medical…

Option to set a default startup folder (e.g., "All Mail") on the mobile app
I would like to request a setting in the mobile app that allows users to choose which folder opens by default when launching the app, rather than being forced to start in the main "Inbox."
My Use Case:
I heavily utilise Proton's filtering rules to sort emails from my various addresses into different custom folders. Because these filters route mail away from the main Inbox, my Inbox is often empty. To actually see my new mail, I have to manually navigate to the "All Mail" tab every single time I open the app.Adding a simple toggle in the settings…

Proton Calendar - Allow users to have custom colours (=> using HEX or OKLCH or CMYK)
Same request by many other users, but I am still adding this post ... to show to Proton that WE, the users (paying or not), have enough of the poor selection of 20 more or less ugly colours Proton, and WE DEMAND to have what so many have been asking FOR YEARS now: customisation of the colours for our events/tasks;
It should not even be difficult from a coding point of view, using HEX or OKLCH or CMYK - in case you see HEX as a security issue - would allow to sync the changes over the different apps.
Can…

Paid XLS to VCF Converter vs Free tools - what is worth it?
I often need to convert large Excel (XLS/XLSX) contact lists to VCF (vCard) files for use on multiple devices. I have come across both paid XLS to VCF converters and free online tools. I am confused about which option is really worth it. Are paid converters significantly better in terms of features, speed, and reliability? Or are free tools sufficient for most situations? I need something reliable for offline use, with batch processing and no risk of data loss.

Scan paper based event invites into Proton Calendar
In Proton calendar, a user should be able to scan any paper based event invitation (think wedding invite, graduation party notice, healthcare appointment, etc.) and automatically create a calendar event entry prepopulated with all the respective fields filled like title, time, location, etc.

What Does Modern Online Business Promotion Entail?
Successful promotion rarely relies on a single tool. An approach in which advertising, analytics, website management, content, and search engine optimization complement one another works much better. Therefore, before launching a project, it’s helpful to understand what is included in business promotion on the Internet and how these areas are interconnected. This helps you better understand why some solutions yield long-term results, while others work only temporarily. The clearer the overall strategy is from the very beginning, the easier it is to evaluate the effectiveness of each stage and understand which tools truly help the project grow.

Virus Scan for Attachments
Gmail scans attachments in e-mails for viruses and other malware. It would be nice if Proton was able to scan attachments in e-mails for viruses so we don't accidentally download an infected file.

Tasks in Proton Calendar
The Idea
I would love to see Proton Calendar evolve into a unified productivity hub by integrating a native task and project management layer — think the best of Microsoft To Do and Microsoft Planner, but built with the privacy-first DNA that makes Proton what it is.
What I Am Proposing
A task management module embedded directly inside Proton Calendar that allows users to:
Create and assign tasks with due dates, priorities, and labels — visible alongside calendar events in a single, unified view.
Organise tasks into project boards — simple Kanban-style columns (To Do / In Progress / Done)…

This is minor, but not greying the past events!
I sometimes need to quantify the amount of time spent on a specific activity and visually it would make it easier. As it is, not only is it not aesthetically pleasing but it's also ever so slightly less clear.
Maybe have the past event colour slightly dulled down, or perhaps have an option to grey it entirely?8 votes -
Sieve body extension not supported
I am trying to use a Sieve filter to move emails to a folder based on the content of the email body. For example, I want a filter that moves emails containing the phrase "Thank you for submitting a bug report to Vivaldi" into my Archive folder.
Currently, when I add this to my Sieve script:
require ["fileinto", "imap4flags", "body"];
if body :text :contains "Thank you for submitting a bug report to Vivaldi" {
fileinto "Archive";
addflag "\Seen";
}I receive the error: unexpected identifier: body
This indicates that the body extension is not supported in ProtonMail Sieve, although it…

Increase attachment size
The 25M limit on attachments, I get from a server load perspective, but it sucks as a user. Every time I grab a video clip these days the codecs create enormous files and even when you trim them the frame rates and resolution are always too high to create something under 25M. That cap should really be raised because I can't use proton whenever I need to get something like to someone else.

Show number of unread mails on top level folder
I am filtering a lot of my incoming e-mail into (sub)folders. The number of unread mails are displayed in the folder the mail was moved into. My folders are nested (2 or 3 levels deep) into a top level folder. I mostly have a collapsed view of the top level folders. In that case I would like to see if there are unread mails in the collapsed folders.
