always label senders emails to phone support
Add "always label senders emails" option to the iphone/android apps. I am really trying hard to keep my new inbox organized but having to go to the computer application to label emails isn't a good option. Adding this to the phone app would be excellent.

Ability to search for the label to apply in the mobile App. Capacidad de buscar la etiqueta a aplicar en la App del movil.
When I want to apply a label to an email from the mobile App, you can't search between the labels and that's essential to perform an appropriate workflow.

Add option to stop processing email filters
Please add a "stop processing filters" option to the custom filters - to prevent mail that meets the criteria of the first filter with this option enabled being processed by subsequent filters.
For example, if I have a rule that sends email to the trash or spam, I may not want subsequent filters from moving it elsewhere.

Display long email object on multiple lines
On android app, in the directory view, if the object of the email is quite long it cannot be read. Please add an option to display the object wrapped on multiple (or at least 2) lines.

Request for Single Email Print/Export with Full Header, No Conversation Trail
The current web interface forces the user to either expand the trail, which includes all previous messages, or manually copy and paste parts of the email, which is tedious and time-consuming. Consider adding a feature to export or print only the current email with its full header, excluding the conversation trail. This would save a lot of hassle and make the platform more user-friendly for those of us who need this functionality regularly.

User Defined Event Type
One could set an event type i.e.: gym session, romantic date, friend date, etc.
Then, set color scheme, time allotted, reminder schedule for each event typeWhen setting up a new event, a dropdown of user defined event types, click on event type and just change the date and title!
Seems simple, no?

only run filters against inbox
It is really a BAD, BAD idea to run filters against all messages. During the normal course of operation, a common thing to nappen is a receipt from newegg gets put into the ads folder.... I manually move it to my receipts folder.
Now, when you run filters against all messages - it moves it from the receipts folder back to the ads folder, which really destroyed my organization. I really only want the inbox sorted when I run a filter against "all messages" (for instance, I add a new store to my sorting that I hadn't filtered on before).…3 votes -

More than 49 events in the calendar.
When an event is created, and "repeat event" is selected, in "End after XX events" the maximum number of repeating events is 49. I don't know the reason for this strange limitation, since if you select the exact end date you can have as many events as you want.

Event preset suggestions
When adding a new event, it would save a lot of time if the event settings view could recognize and suggest presets added earlier.
This is a feature in the Samsung Calendars app, and it used to save me a lot of time when planning reoccurring but non-consistently spaced events, such as when the event 'dinner with mom' always occur at the same time a day, with the same reminders etc, but with an inconsistent spacing in days as, ruling out the reoccurring event option, as it is often the case when an event date has to be optimized for…

Streamline the add reminders interface (Android)
For the Android app:
When adding reminders to a calendar event, the current experience takes the user through a lot of clicks. This should be streamlined.
I propose that the click to add a reminder or change a reminder opens a popup with preset choises that the user can control in settings. The user should at this stage have the opportunity to single press an option, making the pop-up close immediately, and leaving you with the exact same view of the calendar event setting as before. Inbox: View by email address
I have 3 email accounts set up, personal, social club and business. All of these are shown in a single list in my inbox. It would be useful to have built in views that allowed me to select mails to just one of these addresses. This would allow me to address my work mails without the clutter and distraction of everything else in my inbox

Would be possible to give out PGP public key for an Hide-my-email alias?
I would like to publish alias on my website and also mention public key which people can use to establish secure communication with me without them being able to discover my real/main proton address.
I cannot find such a feature request. Hopefully, it's not because this request is nonsense.

One should be able to add a Tag to an event, just as one can for an email.

Inbound and outbound delivery logs
Especially for business customers, being able to see inbound and outbound email logs, along with the SMTP response (for outbound emails) would help troubleshoot issues without needing to reach out to the team.

We're using Proton for our company and have a shared calendar for holidays etc. In order to manage the shared calendar we would like shared ownership over a shared calendar or a shared calendar owned by several people.

Android App parity with web app - Especially for Email formatting (Bold, Colours, Underline etc)
I use the Android app for emails on both my Android phone and tablet. But I can't even put text in bold or use basic email formatting functionality. I have to log into the web browser to do that.
I also can't view emails or calendar horizontally. And have to log into the apps vertically too.
These are basic UI and functionality issues that need to be resolved before further enhancements.
Email templates would be ideal too.

ability to run a filter on one message
Especially for testing - running a sieve script on 5000 messages in the inbox is PAINFULLY SLOW. If it wasn't this would be less of an issue, but my scripts aren't working, and I'm trying to figure out why, and it's taking like 15-30 minutes to run the sieve script. If I could run it on one message, I could instantly (more or less) see if it's moved to another folder.

Make all-day events area at top of calendar manually resizeable
Currently all-day events on weekly view are capped at 3, after which "n more" will appear which is clickable on a per-day level. It would be better if the all day event section at the top was manually resizeable so that more all-day events for the whole week can be displayed at once.
