Offline mode for mobile
Please allow the app to perform offline operations (read any and all inbox email, delete, write and send emails), which will be queued for syncing whenever online. Same for calendar events.
As it is now, any email sending/deleting, calendar event creation etc will FAIL if the phone happens to be disconnecting from wifi, changing networks or any of the thousands of possibilities of a mobile device moving around at all times. Calendar Booking Page: Treat all-day appointments as unavailable
Currently, only regular appointments are marked as unavailable on booking pages. However, I would also like to see full-day appointments marked as unavailable in my booking page - for example, for vacations or other absences.

Proton Calendar integration for Home Assistant
I would like a home assistant integration for proton calendar so that I can have my calendar be an input source to trigger automations. I think it would need to be an app inside of home assistant that you sign into with your proton account though because I don't want to have to make all of my calendars publicly subscribable. Show which folder an email is in
Currently a user, cannot identify where an email is positioned in the folder tree, like when the emails are liste after a "search" action: no info in the email-list, no info on the banner, no info on menus, ...
Instead this information is very important and should be clearly highlighted, perhaps with a pop-up.

Desktop client: improve startup and tray options
The desktop client lacks a proper option to start automatically with the system. I can add it manually to startup, but then the app opens normally instead of minimized.
It would be great to have these options:
Start minimized.
Show or hide in the tray.

standard calendar ios
I can't select proton calendar as my standard calendar when I create events. For instance if I get a text with a reminder for something that includes the date and time, I can press this and IOS will enable me to create an event on this time. But here I can only select standard iphone calendar or a google calendar. Proton calendar does not show as an option. This is a higly used feature for me, and it would be great to get this option for Proton as well. Thanks for all your great work!

Custom Calendar and Email Notification Sounds
We really need to have the ability to customize the sound of the notifications in both Proton Calendar and Proton Mail. There’s currently no options at all in the apps for iOS/iPadOS so we’re left with just a ‘ding’ that very easily gets missed. For these apps to be useful we need to be able to tailor notification sounds (customize the default sounds for each app, set custom sounds for specific contacts, set custom sounds per event and/or calendar, etc.). Booking Page - Add option to Approve booking
I would like to have an option to approve a booking before it is considered accepted. Right now it is automatically accepted. What I would like an option to do, is set it up so that once someone book a slot, it will be marked as unavailable in the front end, bt in the email to the custommer it is made clear that the booking is not yet accepted, but pending approval.

Retention and deletion management in Proton Mail currently require manual intervention using labels and searches. Although message expiration (self-destruct) and trash/spam auto-delete exist, they don’t provide sufficiently customizable or automated retention control based on user-defined policies.
