Delete individual entries from shared recurring events
It's great that you have added the ability to delete single events from a recurring series! However, it's not possible to do this with external calendar invitations. It would be very helpful to delete only one instance of a recurring event that I have been invited to rather than having only the option to delete the entire series.

Thanks for your feedback! It is now possible for an event organizer to cancel a single event occurrence of a recurring event with participants.

Plus one, this doesn't function. If a sender of a series cancels an instance I can't get the instance to remove from my calendar on any Proton Calendar platform that I have access to (web, MacOS, iOS).
Related, I cannot decline an instance of series that I've been invited to. Doing so declines the entire series.

Agreed this needs to be changed back to Active. It is not possible to delete/cancel a single occurrence of a recurring meeting series organized by an external party. This functionality is extremely important for many users, especially those using Proton Calendar for business.

This has absolutely NOT been "Completed". I believe you ought to have marked "Edit single instance of a recurring event" as completed, not this "Idea".
This has to do with EXTERNAL TO PROTON recurring event invitations, and I emphatically agree that it is absolutely ridiculous that we cannot delete or decline a single instance of a recurring event we have been invited to by an outside (non-Proton user) party, especially when that instance of a recurring event has been cancelled, without deleting the ENTIRE EVENT SERIES from our calendar. Positively absurd.

After creating a recurring event, would it be possible to allow one to delete a single event without having to delete the complete series? For example, if I create a recurring meeting scheduled for every Tuesday and one of the meetings gets cancelled, it would be nice to delete the cancelled meeting only.
