Booking Pages Need 5-minute Increment Appointments on Proton Calendar
Durations in 5-Minute Increments
Please change Proton Calendar Booking Pages so appointment durations can be set in 5-minute increments.
The current 15-minute minimum and limited duration choices are too restrictive. Many standard professional schedules require appointments of:
5 minutes
10 minutes
15 minutes
20 minutes
30 minutes
40 minutes
45 minutes
and other durations in 5-minute incrementsProton Calendar already allows users to manually create calendar events shorter than 15 minutes, but Booking Pages do not provide the same flexibility.

Ability to hide or toggle off the 'Unread' icon on mobile iOS and Android app.
Please add an option to hide or toggle off the “Unread” icon in the mobile app on both iOS and Android. Some users may prefer a cleaner interface or may not find the icon useful, so allowing it to be removed from view would provide greater flexibility and personalization.

Bridge should label accounts by primary address (or make the label configurable), now that email-first onboarding derives usernames from free-text names.

You should add easy integrations for Grok Bot to Mail and Calendar
Recently used Grok Bot to help manage an old Gmail account with years of junk accumulated. This kind of integration to my Proton Mail account would be helpful. Proton is my primary account, but I still have quite a few years of stuff that a bot would be helpful to sort through and purge.

Why do you have change the fonction"access to the unread message"
You have change the fonction "unread message". It was an essential to the mail fonction. I ued it every time... Now it is impossible to have access to see all the unread messages. It's not good at all. You have to scroll untill you find thoses messages. And the click button has disapear. Why to change a thing that's really good.

Change default options for new event in Calendar
When creating a new event make default duration a default like 1 hour, not all day. Notifications should not be hidden under "more options" but displayed in the initial dialog. In a perfect world I would like to be able to set what fields are displayed. I never use participants, location, meet conferencing or description, so I'd like to be able to relegate those to "more options" but have "notification" on the primary dialog.

Built-in Proton folder that doesn't count toward Free folder limit
Proton Free users are limited to three custom folders. Proton itself sends account-related emails, security notices, product information, service updates, and other Proton communications.
If a Free user creates a folder specifically for Proton's own messages, that uses one of the three available custom folders, effectively leaving only two folders for the user's own email organization.
Please provide a built-in Proton or Proton Account system folder for Proton-generated messages that does not count toward the three custom-folder limit.

Copy Email Body & Resend Email / create Template email
If you need to email several people with the same/similar content but you don't want to bcc / cc them all in to one conversation it would be very very helpful to be able to have template emails or be able to convert a sent email into a fresh draft.

Shared calendar reminders to all users
Calendar reminders from shared calendars should apply to all users. When I add an event to a shared calendar, these reminders aren’t automatically applied to the other users. They only receive the default reminders. This is particularly inconvenient for family calendars. There should be more options for customizing this.

Currently, available booking slots from Appointment Scheduling don't appear
as visible blocks in my calendar view. I can only see confirmed bookings.Feature request:
Show available booking slots as light-colored blocks vs. darker colors for
confirmed bookings. This provides instant visual clarity on my availability.Why this matters:
- Quick overview of potential booking windows
- Better calendar planning without manual workarounds

Ability to Import Calendar With Recurring Events
Ability to Import Calendar With Recurring Events - When importing calendars (from kids' schools, etc) the ICS fails due to Proton not supporting recurring event import. Incredibly inconvenient.

[bug] delete message deletes conversation
Android app option to delete message in conversation deletes the entire conversation. Should be fixed, so that only the message in the conversation is deleted.

Block specific destination emails when using catchall with custom domains
Add a block (blacklist) for specific destination addresses when using custom domains (Similar to block list on the spam filter, but for destination, not sender).
Why:
I use a catchall for my custom domain, so that I register everywhere with a different email and can easily track who's leaking my data.
The issue with that is that spam bots send emails to common addresses (like contact@domain) with phishing attempts.
It'd be good to have a way of blacklisting specific addresses on custom domains so that these emails don't even go through (ideally returning an error 550 5.1.1)2 votes
